Dear Customer, Thank you for the feedback. We do believe in a continuous improvement model and look to gain insight from our customers who both purchase and do not purchase from us. It seems that there must have been some miscommunication. We do not “pack” our vehicles. I believe what you are referring to is the national destination and handling fee, which is clearly marked on our window stickers. This is added by the manufacturer at the factory. I believe the prices you are referring to are average prices paid by customers as quoted on third party sites. Inventory supplies were very low at the time of your visit and it was difficult to swap vehicles in our area, especially high demand vehicles such as the Civic VP. It is unfortunate that you did not respond to our attempts to contact you, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. We pride ourselves on taking care of our customers and it is unfortunate when a customer will not work with us to resolve an issue. Jason LaCroix, General Manager
