I just leased a brand new 2009 CRV and I dealt with Donald Wood the salesman. he was very pleasant to deal with. When rating our car buying experience with Daniel Wood and Alison LaNeve, "the 5(Great)" rating is not high enough to evaluate the excellent service we received when working with them! We replaced a "cash for clunkers" vehicle with a new Honda. Alison and Daniel were most helpful with finding a good replacement for our old vehicle and were very patient in working through the "Clunker" process. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a car in the Manchester area seek out Daniel or Alison for a low pressure pleasant experience! Went to AutoFair Honda on 8/23/09 to look at a 2009 Civic after wife had test driven it. Had a truck that qualified under the Cash for Clunkers (CFC) program although no urgency as the trade in value was cl after wife had test driven it. Had a truck that qualified under the Cash for Clunkers (CFC) program although no urgency as the trade in value was close to it. Very thorough shopper and had done research on the internet. When we arrived the salespeople were waiting in line out front (for "ups"). Salesperson did not have good product knowledge with different versions of the car -- we were ready to buy if they could bring in a less expensive version from another lot. She stated that the car had to be taken from inventory for CFC which is not true. As soon as she saw we were prepared, went to get another salesman (common tactic for high pressure sales). We considered the models on the lot but found they had inflated the MSRP by $720 according to the national car sites including Edmunds (this is called "pack" and is considered highly unethical). When questioned on it, salesman became upset and spouted every cliche in the book. Gave him a written offer based on national " average price paid" figures which he refused to consider. Went around the corner and bought our other choice for a good deal with no inflated financing or junk fees added. More

He made me feel at home and was not pushy like the other salesmen. He was very knowledgable and able to answer all the questions I had. Also the financial officer who I delt with was most helpful in explaining all aspects of the transaction. My father was with me and he said that it was the smoothest deal he had ever seen. Right when you walk in, you're greeted and listened to. After not loving a car we saw in an internet ad, the salespeople sat down and really asked us what we wanted in a car. (My husband and i hadn't really even agreed on that before coming in!) Instead of trying to up-sell us, they found us a perfect used fit, under our budget and even paid for our lunch while we mulled the deal over! They tacked on a rack & extra key that even sweetened up the deal. When I had to come back in to get those added, there were no hassles and the courtesy van dropped me at the nearest mall. The paperwork was not intimidating and presented to us very straightforward. The entire team, especially Peter, made the experience of buying a car (and trading in a 250K one) more fun than we ever expected! (especially after being blatantly ignored at another dealership) More
We purchased a 2009 Honda CRV from Auto Fair. We compared four dealer's prices and went with Auto Fair since they gave the lowest quote. However, what sold us was John McGuire. A car salesman who was not rude and overbearing. We did go into a competitor 2 miles from our and were repulsed by the attitude a saleman at the main desk had. It appeared we interrupted a personal call and so he was less than helpful and didn;t earn our business. Jon, on the other hand, went out of his way to work with us and we felt we came away with a good deal for both of us. I would highly recommend Jon to anyone searching for a car. More
I recently had the "check engine" light come on in my 2007 Accord along with very intermittent rough idling. I brought it to Autofair Honda, since that is where I purchased it, and right from the start t 2007 Accord along with very intermittent rough idling. I brought it to Autofair Honda, since that is where I purchased it, and right from the start the service team went above and beyond in trying to resolve my problem. Being in the repair trade I understand the difficulty in resolving intermittent problems but Jason and Kelly kept me up to date on the extensive efforts they were going through to resolve the problem and deal with the failure codes. The car had just under 38,000 miles on it and the warranty had run out at 36,000 but despite this, Jason worked with Honda and arranged for the parts to be covered and I was only liable for the labor. This was an especially fair arrangement due to the nature of the repair since it was questionable whether it was really a defect and should be covered. Jason dealt with me in a compassionate and fair manner and made the whole ordeal much easier to swallow. I feel he went out of his way to keep me informed on every move and defused a very frustrating situation. He is an asset to your company and kept me a loyal Autofair customer in the future. This was my fourth car purchased at Autofair and it will not be my last. David Cox Nashua NH More
