I would without reservation recommend AutoFair Honda to my friends and family. It is a class organization from top to bottom. We were looking to move from our Odyssey to a Pilot since our lease was endin my friends and family. It is a class organization from top to bottom. We were looking to move from our Odyssey to a Pilot since our lease was ending soon. While researching the Pilot, I discovered AutoFair Honda on the internet when looking for a dealership with our preferred model, color, & features since I wanted my wife to test drive the exact Pilot we would be interested in. During my research, I also noticed that AutoFair Honda comes highly recommended from multiple websites including this one and all the favorable testimonials were spot on. I initially contacted Austin Rush (based on reviews) who is no longer in sales but rather in customer service and he recommended Peter Wilcott and set-up an appointment for us. Austin played the customer service liaison role very well to ensure I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Peter was great through out the whole process! He‘s a very dedicated professional that's willing to go above and beyond. Peter's knowledge about the product he represents is unsurpassed. We were able to work out an excellent deal and Peter saw to it that every detail was attended to for the delivery of our new Pilot. Many other individuals were involved along the way and all contributed to the very positive experience we had at AutoFair Honda. If you’re looking for a Honda (why wouldn’t you? I purchased a 2010 Honda Insight EX from a sales person in training. I did not ask if the EX had cruise control. As I was leaving with it at 10 pm, I asked about the cruise control and found out that the c in training. I did not ask if the EX had cruise control. As I was leaving with it at 10 pm, I asked about the cruise control and found out that the car did not have it. The next day when the sales person called me to see how things were with the car, I found out that EX could not have cruise control installed because the computer system was not set up for it. Two days later, I asked to change to an LX because it had the cruise control feature that I wanted. They agreed right away, no hassles. I dropped off the EX and picked up my LX that night. The trainee was not working so another sales person was assigned to me. He was very helpful, informative and he made sure that I was completely satisfied before I left the dealership. I was very impressed. More

That first Honda was very hard to come by in those days but I did get one because a customer had canceled his order the afternoon me and my wife went there to buy one. I have always been pleased with Honda's record of being a dependable vehicle. I currently own a 2006 CRV which is my second CRV which was purchased at Autofair. All my Hondas were bought at Autofair because of courteous and friendly salesmen. My first one was the first year they came on to the market. I think that was a 1997 . I am planning on a new 2010 this spring and I cannot wait to buy this CRV for the 3rd time. Now is my moment to tell you how much I enjoy your service department and all the staff. After the original purchase the service department does it's job in completing the circle of customer satisfaction. I have known Jason Whitaker as long as he has worked at Autofair and he is the finest service manager you have ever had. Jason is kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, courteous and will go the extra mile for you everyday with a big smile on his face. Jason is an super asset to your staff and him and his wonderful staff of service advisors and mechanics are all "top shelf" in this tough job of service and after sales satisfaction. Your salesmen do their job in a few hours but its the following "years" of service that make Autofair so successful. Please tell Jason and Randall, Kerri, Kelly, David, Dan and Lisa that I truly love seeing them when I go there for service. They make you feel at home and they enjoy their tough jobs they have to do. I have nothing but praise for them. I would say that the main reason I go back to Autofair is because of people like them that you see when servicing your Honda. Be proud of them and the fine job they do. Thank you both for seeing that circle of customer satisfaction being maintained in your service department. But you must do me one very big favor. Please do not just take this letter and put a copy in their employee file. Gather them up and READ this letter to them so they know they are doing a fine job. When I was a salesman for 43 years the best times were when our managers read a complimentary letter to all the staff. This makes the person feel someone truly does appreciate the work the work force does during the day. I want your service department to feel "proud" because of the work they do. Please keep up the great job you bothj are doing in making Autofair number one. I am sure your days are filled with endless things to do and complete. Whatever those things are you are doing them "right". I had a tremendously positive experience at AutoFair Honda in Manchester NH while finding a 2010 Honda Odyssey. I was lucky enough to be greeted by a very friendly Cliff Lawrence. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the Hondas, but seemingly every vehicle in the market! Every question was immediately answered. He knows his business very well and made us feel like we were speaking with an old friend. Speaking of old friends, I was fortunate enough to run into an old grade school chum - Burton Broadstone (Sales Manager). It was awesome to see him and hope to connect again! Reaquainted with an old friend, made a new one and scored an Odyssey. Thanks very much Cliff and Burt. I hope many more will visit our friends at Autofair. BMayhew More
When we arrived at the dealership we were just going to see what our options might be for a new vehicle we were currently leasing a Nissan Quest and had been less than thrilled with the performance and ser see what our options might be for a new vehicle we were currently leasing a Nissan Quest and had been less than thrilled with the performance and service issues we had with it in comparrison to our previous Honda Odyssey. We were not expecting to make a purchase because we had 7 months remaining on our current lease. We have a familiy of 6 and as mentioned had been in a minivan for a while. We really just wanted to see if any of the new crossover type SUVS would be able to handle our family and give us a 4WD Vehicle, something we did not have in our van. I really liked Hondas from our previous experience and was hoping that a Pilot would work for us. I like to research things before I buy them so I had already made a list of pros and cons for the vehicles I was hoping to see. We stopped at Autofair Hyundai first and found that the veracruz and Santa fe were out based on the room in the 3rd row seat. Then we made way to Honda just planning to take a look at the Pilot and possibly do a test drive. We liked the Pilot and found that it could fit us leaving the only real competitor with the same options to be the Chevy Traverse. We were planning to try to take that for a test drive also but sat down to give Tugrul some information. Again not expecting to be able to get into a new vehicle at this point in time. One thing led to another and Derick was talking about the option of buying out our existing lease and getting us into a new Pilot. We were shocked at how much they were willing to do to get us into the new vehicle. At the end of the day we walked away with an amazing new vehicle and no buyers remorse wich is a tough thing to say when you are making such a large purchase. We are very excited and enjoyed working with Tugrul and Derick and will go back again for service and future vehicles and would reccomend this dealership to our friends and family. I also liked the fact that it was low pressure, very clean inside and it did not smell like smoke and there were not sales people standing outside the door smoking. That is such a turn - off to a non smoker. Great job Auofair! More

I came into Autofair without having any expectation of buying a car that day. I was waiting for an answer from another dealership on financing and was in a rental car. Autofair indicated that Peters Auto buying a car that day. I was waiting for an answer from another dealership on financing and was in a rental car. Autofair indicated that Peters Auto was not forthcoming with me and giving me a run around and they would not do that. I was upfront with my situation and they indicated it was no problem, they needed to get me in a car that day. I had been forthcoming that I did not need the car that day, they persisted. I explained that my decisionmaking was lax as I was grieving due to a death of my brother the week before, so asked for honesty. They said they were comfortable with giving me the car, the financing was good (I stated that if there was any chance that it would not go through, I did not want to take the car that day). I signed all the paperwork, including fiannce contract, paperwork for plates for the car, and drove home thinking everything was fine. I brought up the paperwork they requested on Monday and on Thursday I received a call to bring the car back now, the deal was off. I was upset to say the least and asked why they had given me the car if their was a possibility of having to return it. They stated they legally can do this (Was told only in NH and few other states, though most dealerships don't do this) and I checked the State of NH website and it is because the purchaser won't look elsewhere. I spent many, many waisted hours with Autofair and now even more to get the car back. They were unfriendly when returning the car, and could care less.I found out the information they gave me about Peters Auto was incorrect and was said to get the sale I believe. I now am back in a rental car with my credit score seriously messed up. I hope other consumers are aware of this shady law of "Spot Sale" as it protects the dealership, not the consumer. Buyer Beware!!!! More
