At 120,000 miles, my 2001 Honda Accord flashed the Service Needed dash light. I knew from a notice I got in the mail from Honda that I had to have the Air Bag fixed (on a recall)but at the same time, Service Needed dash light. I knew from a notice I got in the mail from Honda that I had to have the Air Bag fixed (on a recall)but at the same time, the car needed to have that major tune-up performed, which included (on my VTECH V-6), 6 new platinum spark plugs, a Transmission drain and refill, an oil change and a tire rotation. I brought the car in on a Monday evening after work (the engine has to be cold to change the spark plugs)and checked the car in with Randall Werner. I was really amazed with Mr. Werner as he was simply the nicest and friendliest service rep I had ever met! He explained all the steps that would be taken to ensure the service was performed efficiently and recommended two other services that I should consider when more funds became available. One thing that I was really impressed with was that when he typed the Job Codes for each of the services to be performed into the computer, he double-checked the latest Price Listings for each. I had been quoted one price over the phone earlier in the week and when he checked it, sure enough the price was actually Twenty dollars less! It is that kind of attention to detail and concern about client satisfaction that separates AutoFair Honda from all the others. Mr. Werner told me he would phone me if anything out of the usual popped up during the service and that of course, he would phone when the job was completed. I took that with a grain of salt as I know how busy these service departments can get. To my astonishment, Mr. Werner phoned me mid-afternoon on Tuesday to tell me that my car was ready and that there had been no surprises while doing the service work! I was not able to thank Mr. Werner personally when I came in Tuesday evening to pick up my Accord. I did want to thank the Service Manager for having such an excellent rep as Mr. Werner, to help me in getting my Honda Accord repaired. Sincerest thanks and regards! More
When my 10.5 year old Honda finally gave out, I decided it was time to purchase a new one. I was introduced to Peter Wilcott who showed me some CRVs and took me for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions. He showed me in detail, everything on and in the car, how to work all the controls and about the owner's manual. He worked very hard with me to come to a price I could handle. From the moment I met him, I was treated very well and with the utmost respect. He made sure that I had no further questions and told me I could call at any time if I had any questions or concerns. My new vehicle was spotless and is of such great quality and I just love it. The service department at Autofair Honda is also exceptional. They explain in great detail what is going on with your car and they are always so professional and repsectful. I would have no problem referring anyone to Autofair and to Peter Wilcott. He is a true professional and knows his product. He works with efficiency and excellence. I drove to this dealership becaseu they were the only dealer in New Endland that had the car I was interested in. Unfortunately, it was not in one of my preferred colors. I was met in the parking lot by Joseph Reynolds, who was walking the lot learning what cars were available. He located the Honda Civic SI that I was interested in. He know a lot about the car and found out any information that he did not know. We went on a test drive and he told me about all the features of the car. He also talked about other cars and how they compared. He knew the advantages and disadvantages of both. He wanted me to get the right car for me, not necessarily a car he had to sell. That is a unique quality in a salesman. He tried very hard to locate the car in my oreferred color. He found out that no more would be available for this model year. He also knew when the next models were coming out. This is much more information than I got at others dealers. I knew from Joseph's information that this was the car for me. I wnt online and found a car in New York and put down a deposit. My only issue is that I think Joseph should have widened his search to New York to give me the option of getting that car. Perhaps he could have swapped it out. In summary, I think Joseph was one of the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. He pushed the sale, but he did not try to force it on me. When he know he did not have the car for me, his attitude did not change. He continued to be very helpful. I would recommend Joseph and the dealership very highly. The only complaint is that their prices are higher than quotes I received at other dealers and the price I paid in New York. More

From my first purchase he has always demonstarted great customer service skills. He has remained in consistant contact with me throughout the years with both purchases with updates in regards to specials, referral compensation, checking in with me periodically to see how I like the vehicle and if I have any questions and wishing me a happy holiday at Christmas time. He truly listens and makes you feel comfortable with the entire process from begining to end. I drove away again in my new Honda CRV feeling great about the purchase! More

This was my second visit to Auto Fair Honda and my 4th to Auto Fair as a whole. I've always had a positive experience with them which is why I continue to go back. As someone who is not car savvy it can be intimidating to go car shopping but I don't feel that way when going to Auto Fair. The sales team is inviting and make you feel like a person and not just another sale. Shantell especially is a pleasure to work with. I was fortunate to be able to work with her again this time around so I felt very comfortable. It also speaks to their ability to retain employees as I originally worked with her over 2 years ago. Not only is the sales team great, but their service center is exceptional. Any time I need to go in there, which is only for oil changes or inspections, they are so welcoming and friendly. I also like having the ability to interact with them online or via e-mail and make appointments through the website which is great for someone like me who would prefer not to call. Since I work as a manager in a call center I know the importance of customer service and recognize when people are doing a great job at it. Auto Fair has definitely exceeded my expectations each time. More
We went in on Mother's Day to look, not buy. As we were looking through the lot, Derek came up and introduced himself and asked what we were in the market for. Right off the bat, we let him know that we would not be buying that day, just shopping around. We test drove a couple of vehicles and Derek was helpful with the questions we had for him. Long story short, we ended up buying a 2007 Honda Accord and we absolutely love it. To make the day even better, it was Derek's first sale since he had been at the dealership. We were glad we could make that happen for him. I'm sure we'll be a repeat customer when the time comes to purchase again. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen for us. More
My 2000 Odyssey stopped suddenly in the middle of the road! Had it towed to this dealership where I've been going to the last 8 years or so. Randall was quite helpful and performed a series of diagnostic tests while the charges kept mounting. Finally, they claimed that the crank position sensor was faulty and the total charge was quoted at $1065.00. They had to seek Honda's technical assistance line for help to diagnose this fault. I agreed for the job to be done (since the van would be totally useless otherwise). When they performed the work, they realized that when they did the timing belt work about 6 months ago, some part was not torqued properly and that caused the sensor to scrape on the screw or something and it shorted, thereby rendering the van totally immobile. Randall promptly called me to say that the entire work would be done for free and he apologized for the inconvenience caused. Autofair has been very fair in accepting their fault and not charging me a dime for the work. I think they also replaced the timing belt for free (as the work statement shows that). Happy to see such an honest dealer. Thanks Randall! More
