My first contact with AutoFair was via a web car pricing service. I requested a quote from 3 dealers on a Honda Civic EX. I recieved quotes from two dealers and an 'appointment' from AutoFair. Given that I had purchased my last car from dealer, I drove to the dealership after work one night. Upon entering, I made it clear that I wanted a price on the car as originally requested. Instead I was paired up with a junior level salesman who was instructed to show me the vehicle. I explained that I did not need to see the vehicle, that I knew what I wanted and now I just needed their best price. ARGH...let the games begin... The junior level salesman started with the whole '...help me help you...' speiel. Clearly my blood pressure was rising. I continued to press for their 'best price'. I finally got it and it was over $1000 higher than my other best quote. I told him he was not even in the ballbark and shared the best price I had recieved from another dealer. He said they could not match it, so, I thanked him and told him I'd be on my way. He said wait, '...he'd get his manager...'. So, like an idiot I waited for his manager who wanted to know what dealer I got the price from and eventually gave me a better price (all the while telling me it was under their cost), but, then added the substantial documentation fee. I told him what I was willing to pay 'out-the-door' and the discussion was finally over. I left, went to the dealer who originally gave me the best price, negotiated further and ended up buying the car within one hour of walking in the door (no games). The next day, AutoFair calls me and offers me a better 'out-the-door' price. I explained that I had already purchased a car from another dealer and he asks if I had taken delivery yet. I answered no, but, that I had signed a contract. To my surprise he tried to tell me that the deal wasn't 'done' because I hadn't taken delivery of the car. At this point I explained that for me it was 'done'. I signed a contract and that was that. Some people might enjoy this kind of sales game, but, not me. I do my shopping before going to a dealership and I expect to be dealt with like an educated adult. More
I heard nothing but great things about this location and about Allison. My mother bought her car through her and once I met her I realized this is where I wanted to buy my new car from. Allison was extremely helpful in finding me the exact car/color/options and price I was looking for. Steve made things very efficient with the financing and gave me some great advice on the term of my loan and saved me having to pay extra interest charges. I will be telling everyone where I purchased my brand new civic from, and recommending everyone to Allison for their future car purchases as well. Thanks again Autofair! More
My husband and I just bought a beautiful 2008 Honda Accord. Our sales person, Matt Kipp was awesome! He was very helpful,funny and knowledgeable. First off my rating of Peter Wilcott is rightfully earned by him because of his outstanding service he has provided me with. I am a currently Deployed Marine and being overseas is difficult especially with a by him because of his outstanding service he has provided me with. He has done everything he could for me and my mother with helping me to get the car I want at a fair price. I can honestly say that I reccommend Autofair Honda to anyone in the NH area from the great experience I have had even with being so far. I can't thank him enough. Peter Wilcott originally took over my account after my sales guy left the Autofair Honda team. Peter was amazing in helping me. He listened carefully to exactly what both me and my parents wanted. As for Stephan LaFrance he worked with both my sales department, Peter and the service manager Jason over the phone with my long distance parents to work out the best reasonable offer possible. That extra step to spend hours on the phone with my parents made both of us at ease and made the deal go smoothly! More
We had a great experience with your dealership, and Ali in particular. This purchase was our second with Autofair and was the best one yet. She took the time to communicate with us after our first look at the new CR-V's on your lot, again without any annoying pressure. She was very enthusiastic about the vehicles she sells and was able to answer all of our questions. When Autofair did not have the exact color/style of vehicle that we wanted Ali was able to quickly locate one for us. Within two days we were able to take delivery of our new car. We have purchased many new vehicles in the past and find that the time it takes to do all the paperwork really puts a damper on what would otherwise be an enjoyable experience. Ali took care of that by asking a few questions over the phone. Once we arrived to pick up the car we needed to spend just a short time with a sales manager to complete the deal. We were in and out of your dealership in about an hour! We were very pleased with Autofair, Ali, and all your employees, and would be happy to recommend you without reservation. More
The first time I called this service dept in March about my 99 Odyssey to fix a transmission, Dave was the only service manager among the 4 Honda Service Departments I called that was willing to help find a my 99 Odyssey to fix a transmission, Dave was the only service manager among the 4 Honda Service Departments I called that was willing to help find a replacement transmission and was sympathetic to the fact that this transmission had been replaced under warranty but failed again. He restored my faith in Honda, when no one else did...the others were sending me to AAMCO! He has been friendly, informative and genuinely wants to help. Nancy at the cashiers window is a delight, always helping with your transaction, she offered me the rewards program and now in June I returned for an inspection and an overheating problem. I have stayed away from dealer service departments for years, but this one is wonderful! More

Derrick kept us informed when things were moving a bit slowly as it came time to sign the paperwork. We were not left alone wondering what was going on. We felt important and were treated very well.
