I was in between 2 dealers for the same exact Accord, Isaiah (sales representative) was my guy at this dealer. We went for test drive and this guy answered most of my questions and the answers he didn't Isaiah (sales representative) was my guy at this dealer. We went for test drive and this guy answered most of my questions and the answers he didn't have he got me in a quick manner. He was very respectful and made sure it was the right car for me. needless to say I ended up purchasing this accord over the other dealer which we will not name or maybe i had a not so great sales guy. If your shopping for a Honda or used car please go see Isiah because there was no xxxxxxxx pressure and he was a gentleman. Finance went seamlessly and i got the payment that i wanted. Kudos to AutoFair Honda!!!!!! I normally don't give out 5 stars but Isiah earned it!!! More
Like usual Honda got me in and out quickly and efficiently. Aa I was checking out I remembered my back windshield wiper needed to be replaced and the service advisor went out and replaced it hims efficiently. Service department is horrible. It is so hard to get a call back. Went in because there was a recall that could cause the car not to start (states on the recall that this happens) It is so hard to get a call back. Went in because there was a recall that could cause the car not to start (states on the recall that this happens) and our car was not starting. Was told that they are two separate issues even though the paperwork states that it could result in the car not starting. Wanted to charge us over $1300 to fix the starter. Pretty sure it does not cost $1000 in labor to change a starter. So went in for a recall and they ended up charging us for a diagnostic test. Do not go to this service department More
