I thought it was a tremendously great experience. They stuck to the very low advertised price and I got a great deal on a rare used vehicle. Over the past 10 plus years I have purchased many vehicles and serviced at Autofair Ford. Never a complaint. This time I had an unusual concern with my brakes. Autofair did everything they were told vehicles and serviced at Autofair Ford. Never a complaint. This time I had an unusual concern with my brakes. Autofair did everything they were told to do by FMC. When this did not resolve my concern, Tim Jordan went the extra mile, even two, to follow up with other options to resolve my concern. Although a lot of leg work on behalf of the dealership, my problem was resolved. My Service Advisor Jason called the folling week to follow up as well. Nice touch! Many people only take the time to complain. And I too am guilty of this at times. This time I wanted to actually take the time to commend for a job well done. More

lied about final price, sales person said he spoke to my insurance company and that they had insurance binder and i was all set to pick up car. Only to find out that he never did and they did not issue one insurance company and that they had insurance binder and i was all set to pick up car. Only to find out that he never did and they did not issue one since he did not give them the vin. Good thing my insurance called two days later and advised me of the problem, Bottom line if I had an accident I would have not been covered. Sales person never returned my calls about how the radio sinc worked had to go to another dealer to get questions answered.Just found out that the car should have came with two remotos not the one as the sales person told me again another he lied. This is a 2010 car a new car not used. In 34 year of buying vehicles worst dealership and staff. I will never buy there again. Ford should take a long hard look at how is representing their image. I am very happy with the purchase of 2010 Fushion. I had been looking at them for a long time. A friend of mine bought one on Friday night; she told me how good the deal was and how well the sales person, M been looking at them for a long time. I stopped in the next day, looked up Matt and made a deal He showed me a car, on the lot, with the features I was looking for, the 6 cylinder SE. I got a very good number on my trade in and worked out a great financing package. All in all the experience was a very good one, Matt went out of his way to help me set up the sync system and show me all of the features of the car. Gil in finance made the paperwork process go smoothly and quickly; the whole process was quick and easy. More
