I was a customer of State Motors for 20+ years. I knew them and they knew me. We had a great relationship. I had my cars serviced only there and appreciated the service I received. I was very disappointed to learn that the Mercury line had been discontinued and that the only cars being sold at State Motors were to be Lincolns. So, when it came time to buy a new car, I approached AutoFair with mixed feelings as it was like turning my back on State Motors. But when I walked up to the front door of AutoFair and Keith Thibodeau warmly greeted my husband, Burt, and me, I knew this was exactly where I belonged. His gentle, soft spoken demeanor put me right at ease and erased any apprehensions I had about even being there. Yes, Keith is certainly a "keeper"! Keith had a great way of flushing out what I really was looking for as he determined the cars I should be sampling. I was very pleased with the entire process even though it took a relatively short time. I must have been more motivated to buy a Ford than I realized. Do you suppose it was all those great TV ads at work here? Hmm... Gus Mayr was pleasant to work with and not at all "pushy" about closing the deal. He beautifully explained every thing so that our questions were answered and we felt satisfied with the purchase. All of the other people I met, Matt Roy,the Business Manager, and the other sales personnel were very friendly, polite, and respectful. Collectively, they all are viable assets for AutoFair. I believe I am about to start building another satisfying relationship with Ford Motor! More
My wife and I bought a 2012 Ford Edge last week through Mark Garrett. He was a wonderful salesman and was extremely friendly. We felt comfortable and well treated the entire time we were at Ford. We had a 2008 Ford F-150 and it was time to get a new one. We had been dealing with four different dealerships including Autofair. We were very honest about our searching many places. Chuck at Autofair was amazing:) He knew what he was talking about and was very patient with us:) He managed to find the exact, perfect new 2012 Ford F-150 that we were looking for, at the price that we had agreed on! We were very pleased and pleasantly surprised by how great Chuck was! We will definitely spread the word to all of our friends and family about our wonderful experience! Chuck was our salesman, but all of the guys that we dealt with were great! I have given the rating I have because I don't think I could have been treated as well anywhere else. We made two trips up to Autofair. First trip was to compare the Ford Explorer to the Edge. Steve Glassman went through both cars very thourgly and let us drive both. At no time did we feel pressured for a sale. He really explained and answered all our questions. We left from the first visit very pleased. We went back with all intentions to purchase due to Steve and his patients with us. Our neighbor Keith Osowski also works there and we did ask for him. Steve assured us he would be involved in the sale, it just happened to be Keith's day off when we went to test drive. When we did go back Keith was with another customer and once again Steve helped us.We went up with no idea of which car we would drive home in. No way were we influenced and we did appreciate when Steve stepped aside to give us time to discuss it. When Keith was available it was clear it was a team effort by both comsultants.Every aspect was taken care of right down to getting in touch with our insurance company. I was very impressed. Would definitely go back and look forward to bringing my car to Autofair Ford for routine check ups. THANKS GUYS FOR BEING SO PROFESSIONAL. More

First off, I would like to say that my initial Autofair experience with Mr. Sewall was not as expected. Not with him, per se, but with the car. After sorting out some minor glitches (and having a wonderful laugh in the process), we spent a great deal of time with the car. He answered all my questions with knowledge and respect. The product was just what the doctor ordered. Tim worked very hard for me that day, running back and forth and getting me the best deal possible. One thing that set Tim apart is his honesty and integrity throughout. He genuinely cares for you as a customer and his easy demeanor makes you feel as if you are dealing with a friend. Quick wit, easy smile and a willingness to make you feel at ease are his strengths. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a new or used car at Autofair Ford. Great guy, great car, great price. More
