Came in to check out the Edge. Bought the Edge, drove it home and realized I should have bought what I really wanted...the new Ford Taurus SHO. Called the dealership and they said YEP, bring it back and we home and realized I should have bought what I really wanted...the new Ford Taurus SHO. Called the dealership and they said YEP, bring it back and we will write up the Taurus! No hassle, done with smiles and had everything explained to me on both vehicles! These 2 guys, Scott Waniak and Khaled Haque went above and beyond. I am 55 and this is my first new car in 10 years...they made the experience fun and painless. Thank you Scott and Khaled...love you guys! More

From the moment we walked in, I saw only smiles from the employees. It is nice to be greeted by people who really seem to enjoy their jobs. We were given just the right amount of information on the new car employees. It is nice to be greeted by people who really seem to enjoy their jobs. We were given just the right amount of information on the new car we were looking to buy (a Ford Fiesta)and the test drive was enjoyable and stress free. The employee that worked with us was very informative and helped the process go quite smoothly for us first-time new car buyers. I would highly recommend buying from this dealership which goes above and beyond for customer service. The one thing I didn't like was the lack of air in the building. I was sweating almost the entire time. The AC was on, just not very high at all. That part kind was a tad stressful, but not a deal-breaker. Just being honest and letting others know. More

I thought I knew what car I wanted when I first stopped by the dealership, but then I pretty much started over once I began test driving the cars. I've been dealing with credit fraud and was having difficulty purchasing a vehicle. Bill, Gus & Chuck worked for 2 days with different banks on trying to finance me and they finally found a bank that difficulty purchasing a vehicle. From the moment I walked through the door to the second I left with my new vehicle I was treated so nice, fairly, and honesty. Talked down to us like we didn't know anything. Tried to tell us to keep paying for a car that didn't run and take out a new loan. When I asked him what to do about my vehicle he told me to donate it to cha tell us to keep paying for a car that didn't run and take out a new loan. When I asked him what to do about my vehicle he told me to donate it to charity as he said it's only worth a dollar to them! And my car was a Ford. I ended up going elsewhere and purchasing a Hyundai & getting $2500 for my old car. More
