Our goal is to help you get into a vehicle, which means you need to be happy with the numbers. In today’s world, it is entirely counter-productive to over-inflate numbers or give unrealistic values. This does not make a dealership successful. Specifically, the payments that we present are based on an aggressive price, a very competitive trade value, and the best rate available based on your credit. We will never, in any case, present numbers that aren't based on these factors. We understand that sometimes a payment might be more than expected, but we will always do everything in our power to reduce it as much as possible so that it fits into your budget. Again, we want you to be happy with the numbers so that you feel comfortable purchasing the vehicle. When trying to reach out to this customer in an attempt to fix this situation, we were met with resistance. Hopefully this customer will give us another opportunity to find the right vehicle, fit it into their budget, and make this the best purchasing experience they've ever had. We are a large volume dealer and have no problem matching or beating another dealer’s price if someone comes into the dealership with a written quote.
