Buyer Beware! I had a purchase and sale agreement issued, and an appointment for 6pm to bring full payment and pick-up vehicle. I was at another dealership dropp I had a purchase and sale agreement issued, and an appointment for 6pm to bring full payment and pick-up vehicle. I was at another dealership dropping off off my current vehicle for cash trade-in. While there, I received a phone call from dealer telling me that they had a customer in the showroom presently and they sold him the vehicle! I was now without a vehicle and in shock. I got a ride to dealership and received terrible customer service. Nobody cared. I suspect that this happened because I was not financing with them. They were persistent about asking, but I had a check in hand from my Credit Union. Horrible sales personell. Shocking situation! More

Took car to dealer to fix rear window not operating said it was bad switch could not fix as didn’t have part. But needed. Tires. Wheel alignment fluid change. Nothing to do with window. Took any door panel off Went to another dealer and. They found disconnected wire on motor to window very poor service Won’t go there again More

Worst experience of my life. Car has a known defect in engine. (coolent intrusion) that was not disclosed at purchase. Drove for 67k engine died. Said 9k miles over warranty so i have to pay. Then told me I should to go to Ford ask them to "do the right thing". Ford said nothing they can do. Then auto fair said they would knock 5k off 12k for new engine. Then jacked up price another 700.00 when I go to pick it up. When I showed him the email I sent to them confirming price we agreed on.
