I took the day off (Friday) to drove down 3. 5 hours to see a truck at autofair ford in Manchester, NH. After getting there I noticed the truck didn’t have the brush guard that was pictured and s 5 hours to see a truck at autofair ford in Manchester, NH. After getting there I noticed the truck didn’t have the brush guard that was pictured and supposed to be sold with it. I asked about it and was told that it was removed and scrapped, even thought it was pictured. I was told the truck also wasn’t being sold with the blue certification that I was told on the Tuesday before that it was as coming with. That Tuesday I was even sent the pamphlet that explains what it includes. They told me it was being sold with no warranty at all. They offered me an extended warranty at “cost”, which is thousands of dollars. All of this after driving 3.5+ hours and talking with them all week about the truck to make sure this exact thing wouldn’t happen. I’ve had the truck less then a month and it’s has would that were supposed to have been sold.. I’ll never buy there again. And will certainly be telling anyone who asks about how my experience went. More

Always easy in and easy out when dealing with Nick and Autofair. Dropped the car off for an oil change, went across street to do a little shopping in an hour it was done and checked out, found my car upfr Autofair. Buyer Beware! I had a purchase and sale agreement issued, and an appointment for 6pm to bring full payment and pick-up vehicle. I was at another dealership dropp I had a purchase and sale agreement issued, and an appointment for 6pm to bring full payment and pick-up vehicle. I was at another dealership dropping off off my current vehicle for cash trade-in. While there, I received a phone call from dealer telling me that they had a customer in the showroom presently and they sold him the vehicle! I was now without a vehicle and in shock. I got a ride to dealership and received terrible customer service. Nobody cared. I suspect that this happened because I was not financing with them. They were persistent about asking, but I had a check in hand from my Credit Union. Horrible sales personell. Shocking situation! More
