Traded my 2019 F350 Superduty in 6 months ago for a 2021 Ford F150, I was told that I would recieve a gap insurance refund. Never happened! Paid off my 2021 F150 last month and was hoping to get a gap refund. Never happened. My wife traded in a Jeep Liberty Jet 6 moths ago for a 2020 Ford Edge. Took it to the sevice at Autofair for a bad CV axel or Bad strut 2-3 times to get them to repair it and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Never happened. We had to take it to Hillsboro Ford to fix the problem that they found immediatly (Bad Strut). Fixed it and had her warrenty switched over to Hillsboro Ford Have no faith in Autofair as a whole! Watch out! More
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Alex my service advisor was friendly and assisted me promptly. Waiting area was clean and you had options for coffee, tea or hot chocolate while waiting. Overall a pleasant experience. Thank you Alex for your attentiveness to detail. More
I came here for a factory recall on my truck I talked to the service guy. He told me it would take like a half an hour to an hour to do. I told him fine and they I would be waiting. Showed up the next day for the appointment and all of a sudden instead of one hour it’s 2 1/2 hours told me how to get to the waiting area got there was dingy dirty cramped and it had no windows I waited there over two hours figuring somebody might come in and give me an update on what’s going on with my truck but no, I had to walk out to the service guy and ask him what’s going on 15 minutes after that I had my truck I’m not happy with the type of service you guys gave me and I will not be back to this place More
****Terrible experience STAY AWAY DO NOT RECCOMEND**** This place refused to take a deposit on a Friday at 6pm, in order to hold a truck for which I was going to pay for on Monday due to RECCOMEND**** This place refused to take a deposit on a Friday at 6pm, in order to hold a truck for which I was going to pay for on Monday due to "company policy of not taking deposits". Monday rolls around and their salesperson calls me at 9AM to make sure the deal is still going on for the truck. I agree with her to buy the truck and ask for the payment details. About 30 mins later the finance manager Trevor Stuart calls me to provide the payment details. I arrange the payment immediately with my bank. While my bank is processing the payment, he calls me back 2 hour later and tells me the truck sold. When I tell him this is nonsense and he sold the truck right out from under me he informs me we "had no deal". Will never be doing business with ANY Auto fair dealerships ever again. More
I took the day off (Friday) to drove down 3. 5 hours to see a truck at autofair ford in Manchester, NH. After getting there I noticed the truck didn’t have the brush guard that was pictured and supposed to be sold with it. I asked about it and was told that it was removed and scrapped, even thought it was pictured. I was told the truck also wasn’t being sold with the blue certification that I was told on the Tuesday before that it was as coming with. That Tuesday I was even sent the pamphlet that explains what it includes. They told me it was being sold with no warranty at all. They offered me an extended warranty at “cost”, which is thousands of dollars. All of this after driving 3.5+ hours and talking with them all week about the truck to make sure this exact thing wouldn’t happen. I’ve had the truck less then a month and it’s has would that were supposed to have been sold.. I’ll never buy there again. And will certainly be telling anyone who asks about how my experience went. More
Always easy in and easy out when dealing with Nick and Autofair. Dropped the car off for an oil change, went across street to do a little shopping in an hour it was done and checked out, found my car upfr Autofair.
