2nd Chance, Grateful, Honest and Good Service I want to start this off by stating Mike and the entire staff overall are very friendly, no pressure, and very calming an reassuring throughout the en I want to start this off by stating Mike and the entire staff overall are very friendly, no pressure, and very calming an reassuring throughout the entire process of car buying. Speaking to my very specific situation due to a job loss I had a vehicle repossession, and for most people it definitely can be a complete kick in the stomach. I felt emotionally low, like I couldn't do anything right, and felt like once again losing a job was the end of the world and now it would be impossible to get to work.... My car was repossessed that 10/6/16, and I was already at the the dealership that Saturday. Told Mike my situation, what had happened, what I could afford monthly without a hiccup, and they were able to work with me to find financing and 13 days later I had a new car back on the road again and continuing to win at life. During the entire process though more importantly he listened to me, understood where I was coming from, it was just about me being another sale....sure that's part of the game to a degree, but it was genuine consideration not just a sales tactic. If you have had a repossession and are nervous since in the car world that's about as bad as it gets outside of a horrific accident. Give Mike a visit, you won't be disappointed. Now why not an excellent rating? There was some bit of confusion about when the car would be ready and picked up. The only thing I would suggest is when you ask someone their work schedule, and ask their days off....it's implied the day off might be the day it's ready. But again, not the end of the world, no sleep was lost over it by any means, just a slight concern of clarity. And when I finally did pick up my car ironically on my birthday or not the wash & wax was not as good as it could've been. It had significant amounts of wax clearly visible on the outside, but I will say the interior was 100% immaculate. As well when a customer is picking up a car for the first time, the tank should be 100% full, I had 3/4 of tank. These are just slight things that again overall in no way should discourage anyone from seeing this AMAZING dealership in the local area. More
