After arriving to have a test drive, I noticed that every single vehicle on the lot was super clean. The 2019 Honda Odyssey I purchased looked, and drove, like it was brand new. From the first email to driving off the lot was nothing short of professionalism and courtesy at it’s finest. I was given a more than fair amount on my trade in, which I wasn’t planning on doing until Jim made me an offer. The price I paid was roughly 10K less than the ones I was finding in Chicago that were no where near as in great condition. During our conversations, I was told that if they didn’t have the exact vehicle I was looking for that Geoff would have found it for me. Stopped in to look at cars for my daughter. Quickly cruised the lot but they didn't have any I was interested in so I decided to leave. He then started to verbally attack me calling me a DICK and then finally A**H***! I then informed him I would recommend this dealer to anyone. As a car salesman his langauge was very inappropriate.
