Sales experience was ok. NAV didn’t work and sales thought it was a Wi-Fi problem (no, MCU was faulty, now my expense). Real problem was service. But two attempts and still not right. Now, they won’t return my calls or texts. Worse, Tesla won’t diagnose it because it’s not a Tesla motor they installed. Very polite and knowledgeable sellers, but the downside is that they do not have the final word or authority to negotiate cars. That was a waste of time that I could have used to look for other cars instead of driving ~2 hours for nothing. More
5 star shoutout to Josh We had a great time talking to him while we were shopping for my Tesla Model 3. My husband is an engineer and Josh kept up with all of his questions and wonderings about the car to him while we were shopping for my Tesla Model 3. This is my third Tesla purchase and by far my best dealership experience. The Auto Centrix team was fantastic. They moved with pace to complete my purchase. EV's are their specialty and it showed. I called to get information about a Tesla and Catherine was nice and informative. I ask if she could give me numbers and she said I needed to fill out an application. I explained I didn’t want my credit to was nice and informative. I ask if she could give me numbers and she said I needed to fill out an application. I explained I didn’t want my credit to be pulled and she said it would be a soft pull. She sent the application through text and I asked again if it wouldn’t be a hard credit check and she replied No. 5 hours later I get a text from Catherine asking for information, then I receive a email saying my credit was pulled.Catherine explained that they are a small dealership and their finance manager wasn’t there and this was her reason for them taking so long to get back with me. She also said that she didn’t know that her finance manager would do hard credit checks but she failed to check after I asked her twice. The communication between customer, salesperson and finance is horrible. From a new potential customer experience , this was very disappointing. In response to previous review on google. I specifically told Catherine I was looking for estimate numbers not exact. She replied we do soft pulls then if we come to an agreement it would be submitted to the bank for a hard credit check. The only confusion was between Catherine and the finance manager not me. I only agreed to submit the application because Catherine assured me they would be estimate numbers based on a soft credit pull. Then when I spoke to Catherine about why they pulled my credit all she could say was I don’t know why. She never once told me she could fix the issue by submitting a request to the credit bureau which would have been helpful but nothing was said in our phone conversation. My INTENT is to buy a Tesla but I do like to shop around and see which deal makes sense and not pull my credit every time I call a dealership. More

This review is long over due and I owe it to Steve and Dorothy to remember to get back to it and make good on my promise. From day one when I called to ask about a Tesla Model X, I got such a timely and s Dorothy to remember to get back to it and make good on my promise. From day one when I called to ask about a Tesla Model X, I got such a timely and speedy response. During the time i called they were going through a snowstorm and still had time to finalize everything in less than a week. Steve is such an awesome guy. He sounds like a true car salesmen but let me tell you, his positive vibe he gives out is what makes him special. After i finalized my deal, they sent me a video of the car with a walkthrough telling me where the kinks and dents were. I love the transparency and just the positive energy. I am a positive vibe guy myself so I appreciate Steve. Dorothy was very informative on how much tax would be paid if you were from out of state. In this state Cali. They were up front about everything. 15 bucks in fees if even that. The real damage was me registering it in my home state. 5500. Yea that one stung. Just a great overall experience from these two professionals. I told Steve, you might have me back as a repeat with such good deals. I would like to say as of today, I am I need of a preown model 3 TESLA because I need another car to scale up now. The beautiful blue FSD 2016 model X i bought from Steve has now been rented out for the next 6 months for 2300 a month. How’s that for luck huh? Luck and positive vibes. Trust me ladies and fellas, if you find a car that is right for you on autocentrix, trust me when I say they have your interest at heart. I can attest for that. I bought my model x back on 2/17/22 and i am now writing this review. That’s how good their customer service is and competitive pricing on their preown teslas. I remembered a month later to make it one of my priorities to fulfill a promise. Let that sink in, I went out of my way to take my time to write a nice review for a car dealership. To take it one more step, Steve just asked me once during the process and once after for an honest review that’s it. He didn’t brother me after that. Because I know this is the best Tesla preown dealership in TX and the great people there, I had to write them a review. Not great but a honest review to let people know that they will try to work with you. I was quoted a number and it went up by 2k but they honored it. SO again thank you much Steve and Dorothy!!!!!!!! My wife is in search for a Model 3 low miles 2018-20 for a deal. I’m putting it out there first now in case you have something =). God bless you guys and for the people reading this. Trust me when I i say Steve is a cool a$$ mother Fker. You will be saying that after too. =) More
