I would not even bother going to this dealership. We went there on Saturday, and drove over an hour each way to get there. When we got there, there was nowhere to park at all, that should have been our first there on Saturday, and drove over an hour each way to get there. When we got there, there was nowhere to park at all, that should have been our first indication. We were greeted by a man and told him which car we wanted to look at. He took us inside, and before he would even show us ANY cars, he took all of my husband's information, and did a credit check! He came back saying we would have to have a co-signer, which we did not need on our last vehicle and my husband's credit has only improved since then (he is from the UK so had to start from scratch). We do not have a co-signer and the man wouldn't even let us get a word in edgewise to explain that. He tried to tell us a co-signer would get $500 cash, so I can only assume that they get some sort of kickback for getting extra names on a loan. We left there and went right to a dealership much closer to home, and that same day, bought a brand new 2011, no co-signer. I think Autocenters Nissan is just unwilling to help people for whatever reason. If they don't want to sell cars, that's their problem, but I would not recommend them to anyone at all. More
We were looking for a used car and met with Michael, a new salesman. He was very friendly and helpful and sold my daughter on a car. In the middle of starting the paperwork, we had an emergency at home new salesman. He was very friendly and helpful and sold my daughter on a car. In the middle of starting the paperwork, we had an emergency at home and had to leave. We informed them we would return shortly to complete the sale. Pete, the sales manager, ran out after my daughter. He told her that she had committed to buy a car (a total lie) and he didn't understand why we were backing away. At that point, my daughter and I were so angry that we did not return to purchase the car despite several calls that evening and the next day from Nissan. Evidently Pete thought he could lie and intimidate us into buying a car. A very bad experience. More
I first went to AutoCenters Nissan to do some test driving and figure out what we wanted. Heather Swanson greeted me and she was very nice and polite. She said she was relatively new, so she might not driving and figure out what we wanted. Heather Swanson greeted me and she was very nice and polite. She said she was relatively new, so she might not know all the answers right off hand, but she would find out anything she didnt know for me, so she was honest too :) :) I test drove a Rogue, Murano, Pathfinder, and a Titan. Heather answered all of my questions and made sure I walked away having an idea of what I liked for when I brought my wife back. Honestly, I then went to other dealers to see what they had to offer (stupid idea). I came back the next day with my wife and she liked the Rogue, but LOVED LOVED LOVED the Murano. It was a 2010 Nissan Murano SL AWD comfortably equpped. Heather was very nice and NOT PUSHY. We explained to her what our limitations were and what we were hoping for. We easily got the feeling that she wanted to sell us the Murano, and she would do what she could to help us get a good deal, and she DID. As with any dealer we had to go back and forth with offers and counter offers, but with the help of Heather, we finally reached a deal we were VERY happy with. We came back the next day to sign all the paperwork, there were a couple glitches (which EVERY BUSINESS has), but Heather made sure everything was fixed properly and we drove away with a Murano and a deal we were VERY VERY happy with. We are now a very proud Nissan family with a 2004 Yellow Nissan Sentra Spec V and a 2010 Tinted Bronze Nissan Murano SL AWD. Look, it is very simply, you should buy your next vehicle where you can get the best deal, but you should FIRST START with AutoCenters Nissan and ask for Heather Swanson. Tell her Joe with the yellow sentra sent you. She will remember me :) :) More
