My family has been buying cars from this family owned lot for 2 generations (over 20 years) ranging from Mercedes/Volvo/Lexus/Infiniti/and BMWs. If there as ever been an issue to address, they make sure to see that the situation is addressed fairly and the customer has the upper hand. Auto World is all about repeat business and their reputation and is of the more reputable car dealerships in Winston Salem. Their prices are very compatible with fair market (NADA) and if they are higher, can usually be justified by the exclusivity of the vehicle. Added, if something outside of warranty happens to your car, Byron will personally help you find the right shop to get your car to. I will continue to shop Auto World as my first choice when buying cars in the future and recommend that anyone else do the same! P.S. Please remember if you purchase a high end car, especially a BMW/Merc/Rover, be prepared to pay more in maintenance and for other unexpected calamities that might occur. Also, do careful/extensive research on the year/make/model on the car of interest. Even sometimes, the elite car brands have their problematic models and known issues. Incredibly bad customer service. The old guy Chuck Walker would not even have a word to say to me which I assume is because of my young looks. Rushed back outside with a key in hand, shaking my dad's hand, joking around with him. This went on the entire day. He ignores young people who are actually the ones buying the car. Ignorant strategy. The 2007 A4 had $1500 worth of work needed but they wouldn't move price which is fine, it is their car. Overpriced vehicle though so buyer beware. PLEASE have your potential car checked by a specialized INDEPENDENT shop. These guys said nothing was wrong with the car but it has been in an accident which he just so happened to forget until requesting a carfax and finding $1500 worth of service needs. If you're not well over college age, better try somewhere else or be ignored. I got pointed to a car with no further help after the words "it's over there." Lied to on quality of car then they challenged the shop's diagnosis. I will not be returning here and I just suggest buyers do their homework and be cautious. More

Price fixing. After reducing a price of a car on their website, I went in to negotiate, couldn't come to an agreement. They cited my offer was too low. This is a blatant shady business tactic done by a company that got offended when someone offered a price they didn't like, and felt like they needed to get more money out of me or anyone else that might try to deal for that particular car. We as consumers already have enough to worry about when dealing with any car salesman, we don't need price fixing as well. Potential buyer beware! More

I buy a lot of cars. This is the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. I don't usually write reviews. But I don't want people to be fooled by those guys. They told me the car is clean and has only what is on carfax, a nonsignificant accident rear panel with excellent repair that you would hardly notice. I flew from Boston and found that the car interior was all worn for a 2008 E350. The hood, lights, bumper, rear left...... had accidents and repaired very badly. There is even more that I don't have gut to write. Bottom line, liars and cheaters. Don't buy from them. Their inventory are accidents cars. More
