They really don’t care. We are just a number to them When I brought my Jeep there I was please. I didn’t us it until the next day. When I got to work and was looking at it I noticed my tires were worn mo When I brought my Jeep there I was please. I didn’t us it until the next day. When I got to work and was looking at it I noticed my tires were worn more then I thought and their was a rubber piece missing on the back door. When I called to tell them, they said “well it passed out inspection” But we will check when you bring it in for the rubber molding. The shop guy ordered the rubber molding and measured the tires. He said 2 tires were at 3/32 and 2 tires were at 4/32 and said 2/32 was passing. He said he would give it to the manager. 2 days passed and no call. After a week of going back and forth they said the “Best” we will do is cut you a check for $150.00. This is supposed to be there answer for $500-$600 worth of tiers. Wow. When I went to pick up the check the salesmen BEN walked me over to we’re the check was and walked away without saying a word. Now I have to shop around for tires and pay more money for the Jeep I brought. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I’m sorry I did. More
