Actually, I had made an earlier purchase in 2010 of a 1998 Ford Expedition and found that the service I received then was a pleasant and no hassle experience so I returned to purchase my second vehicle, a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am GT, from Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett last month. I want to personally recognize my salesperson, Ben Rosado, as well as mention salesman, Michael Sullivan, who both demonstrated a sincerity and professionalism that I had never experienced before while making any purchase. Ben especially worked hard to make sure that I remained comfortable and satisfied with both my decisions to purchase. Ben was the reason why I returned to Auto Wholesalers. Mike assisted me in Ben's absence and also was very pleasant and professional making me feel like a valued customer. I don't think either one knows or understands the term "I can't" or "no" as they both seem to want to make the right things happen for your customers. They did for me anyway and for that I will continue to be a return customer. I would also like to recognize the cooperation I had from both Paul Miller and your service manager, Brian Heckbert, who together worked to fix any issue I had with both of my purchases. They remained cordial and extremely helpful all the while making problems disappear without stress to me. Is it obvious that my experience with your team at Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett has been a positive one? It has and I am so glad that I decided to stop by and see what your team could do for me. Keep up the great work. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You from the bottom of my heart for having put together such a great atmosphere, sales culture and professional team. I tell everyone I know what a great experienced I have had at your Hooksett Facility. Happy Holidays! ,Sincerely Leslie J. McDaniel lt, Hooksett police dept. More
Lemons all the way! The only people they treat with respect are the ones with all the money. The owner is never around I have tried to speak with him for months but I was told that he spends most of hi respect are the ones with all the money. The owner is never around I have tried to speak with him for months but I was told that he spends most of his time in his house in Florida. Anytime I have tried to trade out my car they just want more money. He needs to know what is happening with his business and how the employees are treating people, not very good. I will be calling the bureau next.Don't go there!!!!!!!! More

Auto Wholesalers has great ratings from the BBB, and the salesmen are nice enough, but I would stay away if you don't have a lot to spend. I'm sure they're great for people looking to be financed and get so salesmen are nice enough, but I would stay away if you don't have a lot to spend. I'm sure they're great for people looking to be financed and get something with a warranty, but they don't seem to pay much attention to their cheaper stuff, say 2,000 to 6,000 dollars. They will throw any defective heap on the lot and slap an arbitrary price tag on it (always well above Blue Book value), and tell you it's a great car. This happened to me, and the car I bought ended up needing $800 of work to pass inspection. I do praise them for working with me after I told them about it, because they are currently trying to get me into something else. I bought it as-is, so I understand they don't technically need to do anything. The problem is, it's been almost two months since I drove that car of the lot and they've asked me to come back in multiple times, and the situation has still not been resolved. Long story short, I do like these guys, but I only recommend them if you have a budget of $6,000 or so. I wouldn't trust them with anything lower. And if you do go, definitely work with Paul Doane. He has been very understanding and helpful even when the owner seems unwilling to. More
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO AUTOWHOLESALERS EVER SINCE I MOVED TO NEW HAMPSHIRE AND HAVE PURCHASED 5 VEHICLES OVER THE YEARS, MY CREDIT WAS BASICALLY A ZERO AND THEY NEVER TREATED ME LIKE A ZERO, THEY HELPED ME G TO NEW HAMPSHIRE AND HAVE PURCHASED 5 VEHICLES OVER THE YEARS, MY CREDIT WAS BASICALLY A ZERO AND THEY NEVER TREATED ME LIKE A ZERO, THEY HELPED ME GET FINANCED THROUGH A GREAT BANK, HELPED ME FIND A GREAT INSURANCE COMPANY, AND PAUL HAS CONTINUED TO HELP ME GET WHATEVER I WANTED TO DRIVE EVER SINCE. I TOO WAS ALWAYS VERY PARANOID OF CAR DEALERSHIPS AND I KNOW THERE ARE SOME BAD DEALERS OUT THERE BUT AUTOWHOLESALERS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. THE OWNER ALWAYS FINDS THE TIME TO SAY HELLO AND MAKE SURE I AM HAPPY WITH EVERY PURCHASE. EVEN WHEN THEY DIDNT HAVE THE CAR I WANTED PAUL MILLER FOUND IT AT A GREAT PRICE, BOUGHT IT AND BROUGHT IT TO ME FROM MASSACHUSETTS, THAT SAVED ME ALOT OF GAS AND TIME, HE HAS ALWAYS MADE SURE I GOT OUT OF A CAR OR TRUCK I DIDNT WANT ANYMORE AND PUT ME INTO ANOTHER ONE THAT MET MY NEEDS AND BUDGET, AND THATS HARD TO DO IN THIS ECONOMY WITH A 5 PERSON FAMILY. NEEDLESS TO SAY IVE GONE FROM A 0 TO ALMOST AN 800 THE LAST TIME I CHECKED! IVE DONE EVERYTHING FROM BANK FINANCING TO IN-HOUSE (BUY HERE PAY HERE) TO BUYING IT AS IS, AND I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I ALSO WANT TO INCLUDE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, BRIAN HAS SAVED ME HUNDREDS ON MANY OCCASIONS AND BELIEVE ME IVE WENT TO OTHER PLACES TO SEE IF THEY WOULD DO SERVICE FOR CHEAPER AND SO FAR BRIAN HAS BEAT IT EVERYTIME. NOT TO MENTION THEY GIVE REFERAL FEES! WELL AS FAR AS I CAN SAY IS IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT AUTOWHOLESALERS I DONT KNOW WHY, GO TALK TO PAUL MILLER BECAUSE HE HAS DONE RIGHT BY ME AND MY FAMILY FOR YEARS, I HOPE THEY NEVER GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND I WONT BUY ANYWHERE ELSE, THEY DONT FEED YOU CRAP AND GIVE YOU WISHFULL THINKING, THEY TELL YOU HOW IT IS, AND IF THEY CANT GET YOU WHAT YOU WANT THEN I'D SAY NO ONE CAN, THANKS PAUL AND AUTOWHOLESALERS!!! I just picked IJP my 20Q5 Chrysler 300 and felt I had to let you know about my Experience at Auto Wholesalers and particularly with your salesman Paul Miller. I originally stopped by in May and wasn't let you know about my Experience at Auto Wholesalers and particularly with your salesman Paul Miller. I originally stopped by in May and wasn't sure what I was looking for and Paul was very patient and listened to what type of vehicle I was interested in and with what options. After looking and test driving a few differed vehicles I decided I wanted the Chrysler 300 Limited with under 30,000 miles. Paul worked very hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted within my budget and not once did he try to talk me-into buying- something- else. ln fact, at-one-point ~I said I.would settle for something less and Paul's attitude was he wanted me to be happy with what I purchased at Auto Wholesalers and said he would find what I wanted. Well he did and I got a beautiful Chrysler 300 Limited with more than I excepted and even the color I wanted. I couldn't have asked for anything more if I custom ordered the car. .Paul is a credit to his profession and to Auto Wholesalers. My son will be buying his first car in the near future and we have already decided that he will buy it at Auto Wholest1lers and from Paul. Like you say in your show 'Repeat and Referral' there were no gimmicks or hidden costs and the whole process was very easy. The process was no different when we sat with the finance manager, no games or hidden costs. He was great and very patient. Thanks, Joe Ignazi More
Many years ago in 1997 I went all the way up 1 hour to Auto Wholesalers as every Sunday Morning for at least a year before I watched his television ad from my livingroom chair religiously... I bought a ca Auto Wholesalers as every Sunday Morning for at least a year before I watched his television ad from my livingroom chair religiously... I bought a car that was lined up to go on the next Sundays show, Thank goodnees I was there the Wednesday before to snatch it up. It was in excellent condition and priced at exactly what i could spend and afford. I met Mr. kelly from the television and was treated very well. I received the extended waranty and did end up using it for a head gasket and new tires as they were not passable at my inspection. My car was repaired properly and quickly and I never had another problem with it. I believe that Brian is still there in the service department and I think that anyone who has a problem or thinks they need help should see Mr.Kelly and talk reasonable and explain the issue to him. They want your business for life and everyone you send because they treat people right and put themselves in your shoes. I think the few bad reviews here really did not effectively handle there situations and expectations, they are quick to say bad but like i said let Mr Kelly now you need his help and watch what a fair man he is... Thanks for all you did for me, see I never forgot... More
Me and my husband set out on a Sunday afternoon in search of a Nissan Frontier. I had been looking for the PERFECT one in my budget for months. I figured i could only maybe get a 2004 with a little less tha of a Nissan Frontier. I had been looking for the PERFECT one in my budget for months. I figured i could only maybe get a 2004 with a little less than 100,000 miles on it in my price range after research. My husband works across from Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett so we thought we would start our search there. We drove to the back section where the trucks were and there it was, a beautiful 2006 Nissan Frontier, black, extended cab, six speed, all the things i had been looking for. Paul came out and introduced himself to my husband (of course were looking for trucks so it must be for the man) so i gently informed him the truck was for me. Paul asked if we would like to drive it and i figured just for fun lets take it for a ride. The sticker said 15995 which was way more than i wanted to spend. When we returned paul asked how we liked it and i said it was awesome and everything i wanted but i knew i couldnt afford it, told him all i could spend was 12000.00. Then he came back with, "Lets see what we can do" and i thought, no way, hes going to swindle me and push me into something too expensive and waste my time. But Paul did everthing he could to help me reach my price, talking to the manager, dealing with the bank, and trying to figure out alternatives for me. I have to say, i am one to HATE dealerships and sales people, they are rude obnoxious and pushy, i never found this to be true with Paul. My goal monthly payment was 220.00 and ill just say, i reached that, and picked up the truck on friday afternoon. I cannot say if Auto Wholesalers is a wonderful dealership and if you go in and speak to someone else maybe your experience will be different, but i would definately recommend Paul Doane as a car salesman and i will go back to him in the future. I went to autowholesalers after my husbands truck was sent back to his dealer due to an outragous carpayment. I knew that my credit wasnt great, but we just had a baby and we had to try to find a vehicle sent back to his dealer due to an outragous carpayment. I knew that my credit wasnt great, but we just had a baby and we had to try to find a vehicle and fast. We looked at the website and found a truck at a ok price, so I applied online to see if I could get financed. The next day Ben the sales guy called me, he told me that my credit wasn't that great and asked if I could get a co-signer. I told him no, he abruptly told me that there was nothing he could do for me and hung up on me!! My thought was, was a jerk. Then about an hour later he called me back, said he spoke with someone and they said they could finance me and I would have to pay them directly, so I was thinking wow...great, finally a break. YEAH RIGHT! So he informs me the truck we applied for is sold, and said they had a few other trucks, which were about $2000.00 more then what we were looking to spend, but beggers cant be choosy. So he said we would have to be there by three o'clock that day, and he had to know right there and then so he could have the truck in the shop for inspection, granted it was a friday and I didn't understand why they couldn't inspect it and we could pick it up on Sat. but, he was very firm it had to be that day. so I called my husband and told him that he had to leave work early to go get the truck. So we get there, with our 2 wk old son in tow. Ben greets us, gives my husband the keys to test drive and thats the last I see of him. My husband comes back, Ben appears asks him what he thinks, my husband tells him there are a few things that need to be fixed, (a knob for the radio, side mirrors didn't work, and the driver seat bracket is broke and the seat doesn't sit right.) So he says they will be fixed and then says go sit in the waiting room. The waiting room was cold and drafty. For almost three hours I watched people walk by including Ben and NOONE ever told us what was going on with the paperwork or if the repairs were done....nothing! So FINALLY the paper work is brought out and we are told that we need to sign our lives away to what I will soon find out is a life sucker of a vehicle. I was told the seat bracket would be REPLACED, but it had to be ordered....but on my paperwork it was only written up as repaired. So we sign everything and go on our way. Exactly 7 days after our purchase I had to replace the univeral joint ($88.00), then two weeks later we have a transmission leak ($295.00) fix, then the ac dont work, the belt is broken and still in the engine...nice hazard for driving down the highway with ($20.00) then the ac has to be recharged ($99.00) fix. Now we are told the shocks and breaks are no good, and the tires are all different brands. And apparently autowholesalers wont fix any of it because I am a buy here pay here so I have no warranty!!!! As if the costly repairs are not enough, we call them about the seat bracket, because noone called us and they say yeah come on this day, but it has to be by 1:00, so again my husband has to leave work early to have the bracket welded, even though it was done once before and didn't hold. So he gets home and tells me its still not right and a girl from financing calls me to tell me that I haven't made any payments and that I am weeks over due, even though my paperwork that they wrote up says my first payment wasn't due for another 2-3 weeks. I am more then pissed at this point, I start complaining about all the problems that we are having since only owning this vehicle for less then one month, I ask to speak to a manager. I leave a message and noone calls me back. So again I call two days later and I speak with Paul Miller, and he was very RUDE and basically said because I am doing a buy here pay here situtation that its not their problem. So I told him that I am driving with three children in the truck and if someone hits us or vise versa and the seat ejects the person driving, then we were going to have a serious problem. So he said to have my husband call and set up another time to again miss work and come in and they will fix it right. So again my husband misses work and goes in, sits there for a few hours and he is assured the seat is properly fixed....Well guess what..... Its broken AGAIN!!!!! If you want a lemon and disrespect then go to autowholesalers!! I plan on forwarding a letter to the owner and to the better business bureau also. Maybe with a flame under their a** they will treat people with some respect and understand we are in tough times. More
