In may I bought a car from them. And first what I liked about them was that you test drive the car and the car is in fine condition. I mean when you go to get a used car from dealers, in most places when y about them was that you test drive the car and the car is in fine condition. I mean when you go to get a used car from dealers, in most places when you test drive it -it is banging and ringing what makes it evident that it needs a lot of money to be fixed. Here- what ever I tried-was driving nice and smooth. So I got a Passat, we singed everything. I didn't have a credit history-so there was no problems for me-I just needed to bring a cosigner. I drove away and of course first what I did-brought it to body shop to check it completely. Unfortunately turned out that a car had a hidden defect with oil and in couple of years it would die completely for sure. I was really disappointed, but guess what-I brought the car back next day and they let me find another car!!!!with no problems. Fortunately they have a lot of nice cars usually and as far as I noticed-they go away really fast, cause the day I came back I was about to take the car I saw day before-it was already gone. Any way I found a nice car for not a bad price. was driving it with no problems for almost a year. And my story is not over yet. A month ago I got in the car accident and my insurance company really left me in a big trouble. I mean they started to lie to me like my car had body damages before accident which is not true, and they depreciate it till miserable amount of money. I was smacked. I didn't drive a car for a year even-imagine how much money did i still owe for the vehicle!! OMG!! Then I got a phone call from auto warehouse and they asked me to come over they office. when I did-they explained me how can I get at least twice more from insurance and guess what- the rest of the money that I supposed to pay them after insurance payment- they took 50% off!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE?!! THEY TOOK 50% OFF THE MONEY I STILL HAD TO PAY THEM-AND TRUST ME-IT WAS NOT 500-1000$ IT WAS WAY MORE!!!! Everything I can add- to each of my friends I will suggest to get a car from them! They are great! There are people who are working, making their job, helping you out, making their money at the same time- and are here to help you out if you got in trouble! absolutely 5 STARS! More

I walked into this business because of two things: (1) They had the Honda CRV I wanted at a really decent price and (2) They say your job is your credit - no credit checks. (I have spotty credit so this s They had the Honda CRV I wanted at a really decent price and (2) They say your job is your credit - no credit checks. (I have spotty credit so this sounded perfect.) For starters, they advertise vehicles online they either never had or already sold, and once you're there they bait and switch you for a similar vehicle at twice the price of the online advertised vehicle. Also, unlike other car lots, they make you go through financing *before* you even make a final decision or test drive a vehicle. And what of this financing, you ask? They ran our credit, went line by line on our credit report asking about 5-10 year old delinquencies (some of which clearly said paid in full right on the credit report) and THEN made us sign a release giving them permission to run the report they'd already generated. They sit and berate you for 1-2 hours and say much later that "they're going to barely be able to finance you, but they'll need a lot down." Mind you, they say all you need is $500 down for any vehicle on signs and stickers all over their lot - but they said they'd need a minimum of $1500 ($1000 cash and $500 for my trade in) just to get started. On top of this, we went in for a specific Honda CRV that they said they no longer had, and then proceeded to make us test drive a newer model for $5000 more than the model we came to view. On the way over to view that newer model, we saw *the model we came originally to see* sitting on the lot. They swore up and down it wasn't the same one, that it had engine problems (despite it sitting on the sales lot ready to sell), etc. At the end of the nearly four hour ordeal, we walked. We stopped by their sister lot to see the other CRV one last time and surprise, it was on the lot ready for sale (and then posted online again within thirty minutes of us leaving the lot). These people are just scammers looking for marks - beware! More
The only good thing about this whole experience was Abraham. He responded to most of my calls and has been friendly. First, they specialize in financing people with less than perfect credit. The Abraham. He responded to most of my calls and has been friendly. First, they specialize in financing people with less than perfect credit. They boast on their website "Your job is your credit". Once you apply for financing, you're basically put through the same process as anywhere else. They run a credit check and ask you to explain late credit card payments, questions you on everything. Well, if I had perfect credit, I wouldn't be here, looking through this crappy selection of sub-par cars. They make you wait while they process the application and finally come out and yell an emphatic "APPROVED"! Now you have to pick a car (none, not one of the cars in their lots remotely resemble the cars on their site). I had looked at their site and printed out all the cars that I liked. But of course, when I gave them the stack of papers I had printed out, they all but tossed it aside, obviously knowing that they don't actually have any of those cars. Many of the used cars on their site are priced at or around $5-6k. But almost all the used cars at both their locations were priced at $9999. I found one that was close to one on their site. When I asked why the price was almost double than their site, they said the website shows CASH prices not financed prices. Ok whatever. As much as I hate haggling, I understand this is the game. So I got the salesman to bring down the price to $7500 (Kelley Blue Book value for this car is $3700). The finance rate is a whopping 29%. Now I accepted all of this because I figure it's the price I have to pay for those late credit card payments. They install an alarm in the car that rings to warn you of an upcoming payment. When the payment is late, the car will not start. Fair enough. I get the car home, couple days later, the alarm starts to ring. My payment isn't due for a couple weeks. 2 days of this thing ringing and sure enough, the car won't start. I call the dealer and Ronnie gives me a code to enter so the car will start. I told him I'm not even close to being late. Can you make sure this doesn't happen again. He assured me it was a mistake and everything would be fine. I enter the code and the car starts. My next payment is now due in about two weeks. Guess what? That's right, that annoying ring ring ring. And the car wouldn't start! xxx??? I call and get put through several different voicemails, I call Schlomo, get his voicemail, called Ronnie, get sent to his voicemail. Nobody calls me back. I can't get the car started. Finally on like my fifth call, Abraham answers and gives me a code to get the car started. How ridiculous is this? If only this were the only problem with Auto Warehouse. Schlomo told me I have 2 weeks to have a mechanic check the car. I bring it back from the mechanic within the 2 weeks. I give the list to Schlomo, he steps out to smoke a cigarette, walks back in & tells me that the mechanic is a crook and nothing on his list is accurate. He said nothing is wrong with the car. Why would the mechanic lie? In this particular case, I told him the list would be to give to the dealer and THEY were to do the work. The mechanic would have nothing to gain by lying about what's wrong with this car. Schlomo didn't even look he just dismissed me. Avoid these people! You can get an overpriced car at a ridiculous interest rate at a number of locations. More
My wife and I bought a used car from Auto Warehouse on North Cicero, Chicago a little over 2 weeks ago. They advertise that they give credit based on your employment situation more than on your credit. My North Cicero, Chicago a little over 2 weeks ago. They advertise that they give credit based on your employment situation more than on your credit. My credit isn't the best right now but I have been employed at the same firm for 10 years so I was attracted to this car dealership because of their financing offer. They ended up doing a credit check anyway and interrogated me on some late payments. If I thought they were going to do that I would have gone somewhere else with a larger auto selection. Plenty of auto dealers that make money selling used cars to credit challenged people at extremely high interest rates. They also advertise that they will give you 2 weeks to have the car checked over by a mechanic and the dealership will fix anything wrong with the engine or the transmission. When we test drove the car we told the salesman that it seemed that the brakes were squeaking and the A/C was not working. The salesman and the manager agreed to fix these 2 problems besides the motor and trans. We took it to a mechanic who gave us a list of problems with the car. He particularly stated the car needs 3 motor mounts, replacement of A/C compressor, wheel bearings among other problems. We took the car back with the list of problems. The mechanic looked at the car for all of 10 minutes and then wanted my wife to sign a release statement which she refused. The manager stated that all the A/C needed was some Freon gas which they did. The A/C still does not work. The manager also stated that since we thought the brakes were squeaking and not the wheel bearings he was not going to fix the problem. Lesson learned; never state what you think a problem is with a used car salesman. Let them figure it out. Replacing the A/C Compressor along with the wheel bearings and other things is going to cost us easily over 1,000 dollars. If they had told us that they were not going to fix the A/C or the squeaky wheel then we could have made a choice to buy the car in spite of these problems or look elsewhere. I think that they use the old bait and switch. They advertise liberal credit, good cars, 24 hours to change your mind and 2 week warranty. It's all bogus. They are friendly until the very second you purchase the car. After that they want you out. Don't buy a car at auto warehouse. I have bought many cars over the years both new and used. While the experience has never been a good one this experience was the worse. More

I met with a sales associate who couldn't be more informant about their cars. It felt more like a stroll in the park than any of the other dealers. Any thoughts I felt confused about I asked questions on and was answered knowledgeably. Was in and out with a car in less then one hour and didn't feel a little pressure from any of the guys I was working with , usually I hate to shop for cars but what a different and great experience I had in The Auto warehouse! In the future I hope to come here again when I need another car. Thank you, SW More
After introducing himself Shlomo Manager brought us soft drinks and chips as we walked through the lot looking at cars. He gave us space and left us alone until we called him for help. Shlomo then introduce drinks and chips as we walked through the lot looking at cars. He gave us space and left us alone until we called him for help. Shlomo then introduced us to our salesman (Rubin). Rubin went through the car with us showing and explaining till we ran out of questions. The office time was also a pleasure. Rubin gave us a Carfax without us asking followed by a printed value sheet. The decision making was easy by then. We bought the car with credit they provided. They offer a 48 hour no question money back guarantee. No other car lot I've ever been to offered that. We love the auto warehouse and will tell everyone we know about them. More
