Their communication and customer service left much to be desired. First, they couldn't find the car. Then they said they would "call us right back" about the car. Didn't happen. So we called them. We were told they "think" it's at auction, but "they have to find it" and would call us back. Nothing. But then, I get an email saying the car has gone down on price and could I come for a test drive! We're ecstatic! So I responded to the young lady who s we need the email. No response. So I call. She answers (on speakerphone, while making a bunch of noise). I have reached the right person, but she has no idea what I'm talking about. Then she realizes it was an auto send email. But the car is not available, it's now at the mechanic's and "will be back in 2 days". But she will call me on the 2nd day. Surprise - she never called me back. I gave up and went somewhere else to buy my car. Whole deal was done in an afternoon. More
