Found out why interminent noise turn into constant. DON'T LEAVE DEALERSHIP WITHOUT A 30 DAY WARRANTY Insist on it or buy there first day warranties you will need it. Great warranties coverage and options but way over priced. More

Started by seeing the vehicle online, contacted and got a fast response. Went to test drive it a few days later (was told we’d get a call if it sold) When we arrived we were cheerfully greeted, test drive and looked it over thoroughly, not being rushed was a plus. To make a long story short we purchased it, the whole experience went super smooth. Jeannie was the most professional and courteous financial manager we have ever dealt with. We came from Richmond to buy this vehicle, got back home with no issues. Ran like a BMW should, fast and strong. We got what we paid for and then some. We highly recommend this establishment. Thank you again everyone. ?? More

I bought a few cars from this place over just a few years. Never again!!! Farhan is the owner. I recommend to stay away from him. He will sell you a car. Once you signed the dotted line he has already forgot about you. Pretty much on your own. He likes to low ball you on your trade. Even a trade that you previously bought from him. He said I have to give you lower money on your trade because a small piece of your console is missing(That was missing when I bought it). He likes to low ball and the cars he sells are way over priced. I wish u would have done more research. Please look at Kelley blue book fair market price before making a purchase. Click on the name of their vehicle and copy it and paste it one Kb.com. you will find the same car/year/miles for a better price. Best advice to anyone is please stay away from this place! Jeanne is his finance manager. She does the absolute best that she can. She is great and talented at her job. But her hands are tied because of who she is working for. Again.....you WILL have a bad car buying experience here! Best recommendation.....drive past this car lot. I think there ought to be yellow caution take around the entrance of this car lot. Buyer beware on every car! The owner Farhan should even wear a buyer beware T-shirt! I wish someone would have told me to stay away! More

I ignored the negative reviews and decided to go looked at the vehicle. I test drove it, driving it under 60mph and everything seemed solid. I waited a couple of days and went back to look at it again and asked if they had an issue with me taking it for a pre purchase inspection, they said NO. The next day I picked up the vehicle to take to my inspection appointment, once I got on 66, I gunned it to 70mph and the vehicle started shaking badly as if I had a flat tire, the steering wheel was shaking, I honestly didn't know what the xxxx was going on so I exited off 66 and found a place to park. I looked at the tires and they were fine, they advertised that the vehicle had all new tires by the way. I got back in the vehicle and started playing around with the ride height button. After pushing the ride height switch, a "service soon" warning message came on along with the " height will be adjusted after system cools" ... Instead of taking the vehicle to my pre purchase inspection, I took it back to the dealer and left it parked in the parking space. Folks there seem pretty nice, but I have to question their integrity and honesty. My advice, just because the outside of ANY of their vehicles looks so-called MINT, go have a pre purchase inspection done. Red flag, look at the Carfax, that vehicle has been on their lot since the end of Dec 2016. I would not recommend this place!!!! More

Sure your car will cost you 12,500 plus $500 in tax, plus 85 registration, plus $599 cause we want some more of your money..... More

I went to multiple dealers and test drove multiple Camry . I was about to get one with 32000 miles from Toyota Darcars of Silver Spring but JUST because of the service I received there , I kept looking for other Camry's even thought I had a deposit on that specific car . THEN I FOUND AUTO-TRADEMARK . they had the same car , better color . 10.000 miles less and SAME PRICE . I took a uber from silver spring to Manassas to go test drive the car and loved it . I told Farhan that I loved the car but had a deposit on a different car . he didn't want me to put a deposit for their car . He wanted me to make sure that I could get my deposit from DARCARS and was wiling to hold the car for me whiteout deposit . The next week I went and sign the paperwork to get my first car ! long story short I mainly got the car from there not only because I loved it but also because of the customer service I received . I work in Hospitality and I know when I am being treated well . THANK YOU AUTO TRADEMARK . I love my new car and it drives perfectly. More
