Was planning on travelling to pick up a rare 3 series Auto Trademark had in their inventory. Worked out a deal, secured financing, insured the car. On my way to the dealer the salesman called me and told Auto Trademark had in their inventory. Worked out a deal, secured financing, insured the car. Shady business practices going on here. More

The only thing I would recommend is for auto trademark to give some type of warranty for at least 30 days. If anyone asks me, I would have no problem telling them about auto trademark and my pleasant experience. More

Salesman said it was a light bulb but turned out to be due to ball joint replacement needed. Salesman said it will be ready next day. Put a deposit down and not ready two days later. Did not trust dealership and said I am not buying and they said the deposit was non refundable. They did not take listing off web and still would not return my deposit. Untrustworthy dealer. More
