Great place, Great staff, Amazing inventory. I purchased a work van (Chevy 2500) at Auto Spot and was assisted by Josh Martinez (very helpful and patient). I had no idea this dealer had such a large inventory, I didn't have to go to multiple dealers to see a few different vans, they had 8-10 of the vans I needed in stock. Josh's manager Mario Helped me out on price. Overall it was a good experience (something i never had at any other dealer. Thanks Josh, Mario and Auto Spot for making such a hated thing to do (car shopping) become a good experience. Hint if you see something you like put a deposit they sell fast. I was there 2 times (weekdays afternoon) and the place was packed both times with a full showroom (that along spoke for itself). More

We were sold car - paid $395 Documentation and Clerical fees. Signed Power of Attorney for AutoSpot to title, register our vehicle with DMV. Told we would be called when Title and Plates arrived. Finally we called and went to dealer - that it was ready for pick up. THEY SCAMMED us - not sure what we paid for but we got the title after waiting 4 weeks - but we must now go to DMV to transfer title and register car ourselves!! They claim its because we paid cash and did not Finance the car. They say its correct - they know "because it happens all the time". It happens all the time because they are misrepresenting their $395 Documentation service - and make you sign Power of Attorney to make you think they are actually doing something for you. More

I asked an employee to send me the full price and warranty info, they said they would send it asap... hours passed. I contacted them again and their excuse was they are busy on Saturdays ( as if I'm warranty info, they said they would send it asap... hours passed. I contacted them again and their excuse was they are busy on Saturdays ( as if I'm not a customer) and cannot send the info. In other words... They don't want to send written proof of numbers on paper because they plan on scamming you in person with hidden fees and fancy salesman lingo. Haven't even made it to the dealership and just from the customer service, I could tell that this place is a hot mess. More

Don't buy from this place, they were clearly trying to hide issues that were not as a apparent. They installed a 6 year old battery and they dodged questions about parts, didn't let me open the hood of th hide issues that were not as a apparent. They installed a 6 year old battery and they dodged questions about parts, didn't let me open the hood of the car, etc. Their fees are really scummy and this car "worth $8100", that was being sold to me at 5500, ended up cosing 7400 with their ridiculous fees. Now on top of that $7400, I was at a mechanic pretty much every week in the first month until we discovered the battery, spending about 700-800$ more. Then more recently I've had to spend 220 changing another broken part. And now to spend another 700$ changing all 4 tires because something is wrong with the whole tire system and my tires were legitimately in the process off falling off potentially while I was driving. And now about 300$ to check and fix the air conditioner which has had issues since day 1. These people lied to my face, this is now 5500$ car, with all these outlandish issues they sold me a 9500$ piece of crap and lied to my face, I'd love to sue this place. More
