Worst dealership EVER. I purchased a car from Auto Source a month ago and haven't had a chance to drive it. We live 2 hours away and have gone 4 times to pick it up, due to I purchased a car from Auto Source a month ago and haven't had a chance to drive it. We live 2 hours away and have gone 4 times to pick it up, due to being in the shop for the GPS system, oil leak and hanging bumper.They have given us the run around and not responded. Went again today for nothing ED is the worst sales man, and Mr Castillo the manger just laughs and plays it off. I would not recommend Auto Source in Woods Cross UT. More

NEVER AGAIN! We needed a big vehicle to drive the dogs around in and did not want to spend a lot. We chose a 04 Suburban at auto source mainly because it had only 1 owner and the car fax was perfect! test drove it all worked great, no warning lights on it was wonderful! UNTIL the next weekend then almost every warning light came on and the first time it snowed we discovered the 4 wheel drive does not work! I trusted that they had checked the vehicle for problems before selling it but I wont make that mistake again! No Problems with the salesman Levi except I wish he wouldn't have sold me a piece of crap! More

I bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Source and while the sale itself was quick and painless the service after the sale and the problems with the Jeep that I found out about after the sale have made my experience less than desirable. At the point of sale, Auto Source promised me they would fix the drivers seat in the Jeep after they ordered a new one and I would only pay their cost. I agreed to that and it is written in the bill of sale. After I had left the Jeep with Auto Source for 14 days I finally went and picked up the Jeep with no work being done and no one from the service department ever returning my phone calls. After 2 months there were some minor things going wrong with the Jeep and I took it to a mechanic in my home town and asked him to look at everything because after my experience with trying to get the seat fixed I wasn't feeling to good about the so called "inspection" that I was told every car they sold had been through. Well, sure enough there was over 3,000 dollars worth of work that needed to be done on the Jeep. I called Auto Source and spoke to my salesman, Josh, who assured me that the Jeep had been through their inspection process. I asked him to send me the inspection paperwork. Shockingly he did just that. I was appalled to see that on the inspection there was all kinds of problems noted but out beside the problems the OK was circled. They did do some work but that work had to be redone by my mechanic due to faulty workmanship. I tried to call the owner, Troy, multiple times and he is never there. He's always at the auction. I emailed him and he did answer my email and told me that he was again headed to the auction but would look into my problems that day and get back to me. I'm still waiting. Bottom line. You might get lucky and get a decent car, but don't be fooled by the "inspection" that your going to be told each car has been through. They make it sound like they have fixed everything and the car is good to go. Yea, they inspect it. They know its broke and they sell it to you in a way that makes you think your getting a vehicle that is in good shape. Sorry to tell you but chances are really good that it's not.
