Rude? No. Just slow, dishonest, and unreliable. - Called a day in advanced and asked about a specific car and if it was still in stock. The very next day, I check the website again to see the price - Called a day in advanced and asked about a specific car and if it was still in stock. The very next day, I check the website again to see the price had risen $1,000. - The price tag on the car, and price listed online was raised by $4,000 by the time I was signing the paperwork. They were called “Certified-Checked Guarantee” fees, and taxes. - The ‘nice’ gentleman mentioned “warranty” about 10 times, and when I finally said “No thank you sir, I don’t need that”, his attitude changed for the worse. Suddenly seemed less interested and enthusiastic about us being there. - Upon waiting 4 hours for the ‘websites’ to come back online, when the paperwork was finally processed, we had to wait an additional hour for the car to be checked in their auto shop. A gentleman finally pulled up with our car exclaiming, “WE PUT BRAND NEW BRAKES IN THE CAR, THE OLD ONES WERE REALLY BAD. YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY!”. So in theory, I was sold a used car with bad breaks. +1 for honestly, I suppose. - I’ve had the car for 4 months so far. After taking the car to an autoshop, guess what needs to be replaced? The brakes. Called the dealership just for fun, to see if they’d do anything about it. Of course not, I didn’t buy the warranty. No matter, I’d rather spend $3,000 elsewhere than spend another penny with these dishonest people. - In the end I was treated with slow, dishonest, unreliable service. I wish I could say ‘you get what you paid for’, but with all those extra fees they attach to each used car? You’re actually paying for more than what you get here. - Did I mention that a lot of the positive reviews on here look similar to each other? Almost like they might even be fake… More

False advertising Saw a vehicle priced at 11,000$ In their website , when I arrived I was told in order to certify the vehicle it would be 14,000$ a 3,000 difference al Saw a vehicle priced at 11,000$ In their website , when I arrived I was told in order to certify the vehicle it would be 14,000$ a 3,000 difference already ( I didn't understand how a dealership that sold certified vehicles was listing prices before certification took place ) After sitting for two hours doing all paper work the boss called me into his office and told me it would be 17,000$ without any taxes or Dmv fees . He stated his employee made a mistake and the certification difference would actually be closer to 6,000 then 3,000. If you are looking to buy a vehicle don't waste your time going here . Their attitudes are disgusting and they offer false advertising . More

Carlos Scammed ME the minute I left the dealership After my Fiance and I came to this dealership to purchase a 2015 Acura MDX. It was an Excellent experience up until after the purchase. The representative who assisted us named Carlos I would recommend no one gets helped by this guy as he is a liar. When I was buying the vehicle one of my terms was that I would receive a second key Valet Key as this is how I would have liked to have purchased the vehicle. After stringing me along for 2-3 weeks about waiting for a title and to see if a second key was available. Carlos found the way to explain to me why the dealership I just purchased a 30,000 car with couldn't give me a spare $100 key was because he bought a car with them as well and only got 1 key... (Really Carlos) I will never do business with this dealership again or recommend any to do business with them either as all they do is lie. Left continuous messages to receive a call back never got a call back just excuses after excuses, the manager was never available when asked to speak to one. Just horrible customer service.Two weeks after I purchase the vehicle my maintenance light came on and the vehicle oil life span was at 15% while Carlos reassured me during the sale that the vehicle was serviced. When I mentioned that to him he told me "oh we forgot to reset the code" ummm come on don't you think if you forgot to reset the code that the light would have been on since I was at the dealership. Anyway I took my vehicle to get serviced at Paragon Acura on 56-02 Northern Blvd Woodside, New York 11377 had a wonderful experience. Wished I would have gave them my sale. Keep Your discount you wanted to offer me for the key Carlos and the Free reset instead of doing my actual oil Change won't have to worry about me calling again. "The (KEY) to customer service Is going above and beyond to make a customer happy" hope you receive this message in good faith and see it as a learning point in life in whatever you encounter. More
