I bought a ford F150 from this place that I love…. All downhill from there! The engine light came on. I was told it was due to the exhaust having a leak. They had it for a week and 2 days after pickin All downhill from there! The engine light came on. I was told it was due to the exhaust having a leak. They had it for a week and 2 days after picking it up the light came on again. I brought it back up there again and they had it for 10 days because they said the new exhaust parts were in Virginia Beach. I then find out that they drove my truck to Virginia Beach to pick up the parts. The truck also jumps/slips when going from 3rd the 4th gear and I was told that a sensor was replaced to fix that problem. When I went to pick up the truck after 10 days I was handed the keys and sent on my way with no paperwork to show what was done to the truck. The very next day the truck is still jump/slipping and I can’t get anyone to return a call to answer to any of this. I’ve left messages for Bryan, John, and Chad and nobody returns a phone call. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership after reading this you have yourself yo blame for the problems you go through More

Bought a car from this dealer the car came with no book sales man guaranteed to order me one never came through with it also needed a switch for the right back door guaranteed me they was ordering the par sales man guaranteed to order me one never came through with it also needed a switch for the right back door guaranteed me they was ordering the part to get fix never came through with that also. Those sales people and management is not good for their word at all. Once they feel that got a Sale for the IRS car then they dont want to do nothing that needs to be done to help the customer who gave them the sale.
