Subject: Disappointing Experience with Purchase of Lexus at Auto Lease Mall of Fallston Dear Chris and John Huemmer, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfact at Auto Lease Mall of Fallston Dear Chris and John Huemmer, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received after purchasing a Lexus from Auto Lease Mall of Fallston on January 2, 2025. While I initially chose your dealership based on the impressive selection of high-end vehicles, my experience has been far from the level of customer service one would expect, especially from a business dealing with such luxury cars. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I immediately brought several issues to your attention, including brake pulsation and a front bumper that was not properly secured due to missing clips. You assured me that these issues were due to the car having been stationary for some time and that I could return if the problems persisted. Unfortunately, the brake pulsation continued, today I am having the Rotors and brake fluid replaced for a cost to me of $504.12 and the bumper still comes loose despite efforts to secure it. In a timespan of 2 month and 8 days. Additionally, when I drove the car off the lot, there was no gas in the vehicle. I was told to send the receipt for reimbursement, yet only $25 was refunded out of the $48.97 I spent. This discrepancy was brushed aside by your team, with no valid explanation given. To further add to my frustration, I have been given the runaround regarding these issues. Despite my having driven 45 minutes each way to your dealership on four separate occasions, and having only accumulated minimal mileage since my purchase as I work remotely, your team refused to honor any further service after I reached 1,000 miles, claiming that the issues were no longer covered. This, in spite of the fact that I made multiple trips to your dealership in an attempt to address these concerns. During one of my recent visits, I overheard a disturbing conversation where a fellow customer was treated in the same dismissive manner on speaker phone. A salesperson advised another team member to "hang up on the customer" who was raising concerns about their vehicle. This is highly unprofessional, and it only reinforces my impression that Auto Lease Mall of Fallston prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction. Moreover, I was informed that my original salesperson had left the company, likely due to the fact that your management and ownership do not follow through on their promises and leave employees to deal with the fallout. This has only compounded my frustration. While your dealership offers top-tier vehicles, it is clear that the customer service does not match the quality of the cars. I feel misled, disrespected, and abandoned by your team after the sale. The impressive curb appeal of your dealership is deceiving, as the true nature of your business practices comes to light once a purchase is made. I will be exploring every available platform and legal avenue to ensure that potential customers are aware of the poor service and unethical practices at Auto Lease Mall of Fallston. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues within your dealership, not only to ensure that future customers are treated fairly but to prevent any further damage to your reputation. I bought a ford F150 from this place that I love…. All downhill from there! The engine light came on. I was told it was due to the exhaust having a leak. I brought it back up there again and they had it for 10 days because they said the new exhaust parts were in Virginia Beach. I then find out that they drove my truck to Virginia Beach to pick up the parts. The truck also jumps/slips when going from 3rd the 4th gear and I was told that a sensor was replaced to fix that problem. When I went to pick up the truck after 10 days I was handed the keys and sent on my way with no paperwork to show what was done to the truck. The very next day the truck is still jump/slipping and I can’t get anyone to return a call to answer to any of this. I’ve left messages for Bryan, John, and Chad and nobody returns a phone call. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership after reading this you have yourself yo blame for the problems you go through More

Bought a car from this dealer the car came with no book sales man guaranteed to order me one never came through with it also needed a switch for the right back door guaranteed me they was ordering the par sales man guaranteed to order me one never came through with it also needed a switch for the right back door guaranteed me they was ordering the part to get fix never came through with that also. Those sales people and management is not good for their word at all. Once they feel that got a Sale for the IRS car then they dont want to do nothing that needs to be done to help the customer who gave them the sale. The car I bought needed more work they di not honor the commitment!!! More
