Initially I did not get a call back from Raul who claimed he had not received a voice mail from me and I started to talking to Ahmad. Then I ended by eith Raul every time after that. I live two hours away and they required a $500 deposit to “hold” it. I didn’t like that from the get go. When I got there, it wouldn’t crank, lots of excuses were given, and it was jumped off. Car drove great and did appear as advertised. Raul had apparently never tried to operate anything inside the car since he did not know how to do anything with any operation system or even find the CD/DVD player. I had a premium carfax run on the car and it had perfect service records and nothing wrong with the car so I bought it. Raul would not negotiate at all since it was a cash price. I’m concerned now that they have my SS# which I don’t think they needed with a cash sale. On getting the car looked at after purchase ( my mistake) a brake light is out, a front parking light is out and blinker isn’t working right. In my second visit to look at the car, again it would not crank and I was first promised a new battery but then he backtracked and said only if battery tested bad. It cranked when picked up and is still ok. Just a lot of runaround and they try to pull the wool over your eyes if you don’t do your homework and get pushy. I hate that! Raul is usually there alone and is answering the phone CONSTANTLY, putting people on hold, taking payments with constant people in and out, and also trying to deal with you about the car. It’s annoying. There is no pressure is about the only thing good. I took my chances based on the perfect carfax but I would not recommend this dealer. They claim all is fine with the car until you find something wrong and push it. Also it had two bad tired thst need replacing. They had a slice in them. Not cool. I didn’t see it till I got it home. These people are SHADY! More
Got the Car that I wanted. Overall experience with the dealership was a good one. No pressure. I knew what I wanted so the experience was somewhat painless. Ahmad was very per Overall experience with the dealership was a good one. No pressure. I knew what I wanted so the experience was somewhat painless. Ahmad was very personable and went the extra mile to accommodate me after the purchase. Check Engine light came on a week after the purchase due to evap. problems. They took care of that along with the air vents that were having issues with opening and closing at no charge. The Aux port on the radio was not working. I did not realize this until after the purchase. They ordered me a factory radio at my charge. A little disappointed in this regard. I should have checked the port before purchase. Ahmad was quick to offer cheaper alternatives. After the install of the radio, a code was necessary to match the cars computer which would have cost extra bucks by a dealer to match the cars computer. Being an Electronic Tech I was able to bypass the dealerships costs for the use of the Aux port. More

Sales Lemons I purchased a Volvo from this dealer it has had problems from day one. We had to take it the next day because of the check engine light. At that tim I purchased a Volvo from this dealer it has had problems from day one. We had to take it the next day because of the check engine light. At that time we continued to tell them that the car had problem with the car burning a lot of gas. The answer for that the car was a turbo. They say that the took care of it after having the car for about two weeks. We received the car back and it worked for about a week and we had to call them come and check the car at the house because the car would not crank as well as one of the tires was bad. They came and jumped the car knowing that it needed a battery. The battery on the car still having problems cranking so we purchased a new battery spending $200.00. Because of the continued gas issues with care we had that check and the car needed a major tune-up which cost another $400. We also purchased tires because they was dry rotted and they refuse to change them even before the what they call 30 day period ended. Now, the car need a major computer repair which is because they did something to cause the car a voltage problem cause the computer damage but, they still refuse to help with the repairs but, according to Volvo service center the voltage problem caused the problem to the computer which was the wrong cables of the battery which cause this whole problem. Stay clear of this auto dealer if you do not want to be robbed. More
I had been looking at places to buy a car in Lawrenceville and came across Auto Quest. I called ahead and talked to Nasser and he confirmed the 2007 Ford Focus was still available. I came to the Lawrenceville and came across Auto Quest. I called ahead and talked to Nasser and he confirmed the 2007 Ford Focus was still available. I came to the lot on a Saturday morning. No pressure. He let me look around and told me to take my time. They let me test drive the Focus and a few other cars that caught my eye. I was able to take the vehicle for inspection at a local mechanic shop. Afterwards I came back and negotiated a little more. I came out with a sweet deal! I have had the vehicle for a few months and it is still driving great! I would definitely recommend these guys!!! More

HE HAS NOT DELIVERED TITLE. THE AFTER EXCUSES, NO TITLE, ONLY EXCUSES AND LIES. 42 DAYS AFTER I FULLY PURCHASED, PAID CASH/M.O FOR 2006 KIA SORENTO. HE HAS NOT DELIVERED TITLE. THE CAR IS SITTING IN PARKING TODAY, AFTER 42 DAYS, 2 DEALER TAGS EXPIRED, I CAN'T DRIVE IT, AS IT WOULD BE ILLIGAL WITHOUT TITLE & REGISTERATION. 1) I fully paid all cash/MO, $6000.00 June 12, 2013. Owner Nasser didn't give me title, told me to get it from GA Department of Drivers' Service, as the information was furnished to the gov office. 12 days later I went to DDS, they sent me back saying dealer didn't process paper (dealer lied). 2) During the buying process, Auto Quest owner was collecting my Social Security. First I was polite and gave. I had to argue later, and force him to delete my SS from his system. He lied that GA rules changed and required SS info. Later DDS and police said SS was not required on cash sale. 3)After DDS rejected tag due to dealer not processing paper I drove to the Auto Quest 40 miles away. Big argument ensued, Nasser the owner got me to sign the Title, then snatched it from me. He wouldn't give the title to me. He started to threaten me to expel me from the property without the title. 4) I called the police. He started to lie to the police that the info was entered wrong etc... And issued me another Dealer Tag good for another 30 days. And that the title would be mailed to me in 2 weeks. 5) 42 days later 7/24/2013, he still hasn't given any title to me. I call him doesn't pic up, only LIES & EXCUSES. Will get to me in 5 minutes, DOES NOT. Never picks phone. The car is sitting in parking. I can't drive it without TAG, Title. 6) I drive to his Dealership 40 miles. Called Police, police catches him lying about being at Auction. This time again he promises police that the title will be in mail 7/25/2013(tomorrow). 7) Police & DDS GA said it's illegal to sell car without title. Bought my 2005 Toyota Corolla S from them. I saw the vehicle online and called in and spoke to Nasser. He told me what paperwork I needed to bring in to get financed. When I arrived the lot was clean vehicle online and called in and spoke to Nasser. He told me what paperwork I needed to bring in to get financed. When I arrived the lot was clean and in good shape. The vehicle was identical to what I saw on pictures. I was able to test drive without any pressure. Paperwork was fast and easy and Nasser was a great chap who treated my family and me very well. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. It was a great buying experience. I would without hesitation recommend Auto Quest! More
