It took 6 weeks to get my plate, then was the wrong one. Bought it on 5/22 paperwork wasnt sent in until 6/12. Had to call multiple times checking on it. Drove an hour to finally pick it up, and was the wrong one after 6 weeks. Called Brittney from the license bureau and told her it costed me 19.00 and an hour and a half in time to get it straightened out, told me she would get back to me and never heard from her again. Gave John in finance my email for information on extended warranty, never heard from him either. Terrible. Have had no experience with service department, but would never consider going back there for even a keychain. More
