I limped into Auto Park Ford in Sturgis Michigan on 6/15/2022. My service advisor, CJ listened patiently as I explained my check engine light concerns. He ordered parts and used his personal vehicle 6/15/2022. My service advisor, CJ listened patiently as I explained my check engine light concerns. He ordered parts and used his personal vehicle to take me 30 miles to the campground we were staying at. We were literally stranded 125 miles from home. CJ called me when the parts didn't arrive on time and was very apologetic. CJ kept me informed about the progress of the parts and repairs. Very courteous at coffee and cake just nice I didn’t mind waiting an hour for an oil change but having to wait 30 minutes after they were done because they didn’t put my car through the car wash, it had bir waiting an hour for an oil change but having to wait 30 minutes after they were done because they didn’t put my car through the car wash, it had bird poop on it, it was very frustrating. I drove almost 200 miles from my home to this specific dealership because they were highly rated and capable of performing my repairs. During the initial consultation, a very serious issue, unknown to me, with the windshield was discovered requiring immediate attention. Sommer contacted an outside contractor for assistance and my urgent repair was completed by Sturgis Auto Glass. The coordination between these two companies was nothing shy of OUTSTANDING! At all times, I was informed as to the status and timeline so as to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I'm very grateful to this dealership, Bryant of Sturgis Auto Glass for his exceptional glass installation skills and attention to detail and to Sommer for her caring, professional and courteous Customer Service skills.
