Took my truck in for warranty work; service writer took prompt action and got my truck to the technician (Johnathan). The work was conducted and they washed my truck - at no cost- within 1 hour. Tim was awesome and I was there for 4 hours but he made it happen and got me home in a ford sport bronco for my girlfriend and she was so happy she cried so it means a lot and Johnathan went to bat for me it happen and got me home in a ford sport bronco for my girlfriend and she was so happy she cried so it means a lot and Johnathan went to bat for me to get the car only in my name and staying in my price range!!
