Don't buy used Do not buy used cars from these guys especially if they are not Ford make. I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu with a service checklist indicating that there Do not buy used cars from these guys especially if they are not Ford make. I bought a 2017 Chevy Malibu with a service checklist indicating that there was nothing wrong with the car. The salesman told me about how great OnStar and handsfree calling is ,among other things, and I was excited to use them. On the way home from the dealership I descovered that the hands free calling does not work and OnStar was not working. I called OnStar on my phone (because the dealer didn't respond for 5 days...) and after a quick check with them they said the hardware had failed meaning I need to get it fixed. The microphone also was not working for hands free calling so it is now 3x more cumbersome to get a call while driving because I need to disconnect my phone from the charger and go into settings and disable Bluetooth while I'm driving and try to answer the call. After talking with the dealer they said that there was nothing they could do for me. So now I am responsible for getting something fixed in a car ,sold to me with a checklist indicating nothing was wrong with it, that if this was any other dealer than Ford they are required to fix it before selling. I am extremely dissatisfied with this dealership and would like to warn anyone wanting to buy a used car from them especially not of Ford make that they will not check to see if everything is working, claim it's flawless and then not help you if you find out there were broken components in your car when you bought it. Wish I could give negative Stars. More

I normally take my car to service in Plymouth at another Ford Dealer ,which told me i needed an alignment for my car which only has 21,000 miles on it . So i thought i would get a second opinion, only because my son in law said that doesn't sound right. I'm so glad i brought my car to Bremen Ford Auto Park , they gave me an honest answer , that my car did not need an alignment. I know now who I will be taking my car to and buying my next car from! Excellent Transaction A++++ My Sales person for this 2013 F250 was Dana Dutoi. This vehicle was purchased via the internet/phone, the deal was complete before I even looked at th My Sales person for this 2013 F250 was Dana Dutoi. This vehicle was purchased via the internet/phone, the deal was complete before I even looked at this truck in person. Dana took the time to "Face-time" with me with our cell phones before we made the purchase. During my conversation with Dana, I knew right away we were working with a reputable sales person and reputable dealership. He described the vehicle directly to me as he walked around it inside and out. Dana was pointing out any damage and or wear items as he seen them. I knew the truck was used, however its seemed to be in excellent condition. As the delivery date approached, so did the excitement. We all have heard of the horror stories from this type of transaction. Even though we took the time to get to know the dealership team there is always the risk of something going badly, this was not the case in our transaction. The truck arrived as scheduled and in better condition than I was anticipating. We had a small issue with the check engine light that came on, these guys took the time to figure out the issue and made the corrections. I highly recommend Auto Park Ford and look forward to doing business with Dana in the future. More

You can believe what you read on the internet! I read nothing but good reviews on Auto Park Ford in Bremen, IN. From the moment I arrived, Dana Dutoi was forthright, honest, and straight forward. I read nothing but good reviews on Auto Park Ford in Bremen, IN. From the moment I arrived, Dana Dutoi was forthright, honest, and straight forward. I purchased a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. I had to travel to Chicago to purchase my other Challenger, and the difference in professionalism and fairness is monumental compared to the Illinois dealership. Dana, Jason Westafer, and Brent Easterday made the experience simple and fair. Dana I discussed the deal on the test drive with no back and forth or " let me see if we can do this" exchange most other dealerships put you through. If you are looking for a car and want to leave happy (even if you don't buy one) these guys are tops. I noticed the way they treated other customer's in the showroom and there was no deviance from person to person. More
