Buyer Beware - make sure to get a third party pre-purchase inspection on any car purchased from this dealership. I purchased a 2017 BMW M3 Competition with a clean Carfax and just 27k miles. When pre-purchase inspection on any car purchased from this dealership. I purchased a 2017 BMW M3 Competition with a clean Carfax and just 27k miles. When it got delivered to me it had a check engine light and a PDC warning light. It was also tuned and fitted with catless downpipes (they confirmed to me it was not tuned nor catless prior to my purchase). It also had numerous other flaws that were not mentioned to me such as ripped tint, damaged center console, damaged driver's side door panel, and the gold paint on the CCBs was severely faded. The shop I took it to for quotes on fixing these problems also found significant flood damage in the form of mud residue all over the undercarriage and even underneath the carpet in the interior. I asked them to simply take the car back and I would not post any reviews or anything, however their best offer was a $7000 restocking fee. I decided to eat the $7000 as an expensive lesson learned. My reason for posting this review is because I want other prospective buyers to be aware and learn from my mistake. This dealership displayed severe negligence and deceptive practices towards me. A dealership full of liars, crooks, and manipulators. They even tried to get me to sign an NDA because they knew they sold me a car in dangerous condition. They also told me they "hoped i learned my less They even tried to get me to sign an NDA because they knew they sold me a car in dangerous condition. They also told me they "hoped i learned my lesson". They can try to deny this, but I didn't sign their stupid NDA and I have it on RECORDING. Me (23) and my grandfather (76) were looking at a 370z Nismo. They lied to us about EVERYTHING on the car including tire wear, it being a smoker's car, and overall the safety of the car itself. Here's a list of issues I had with the car within the first couple of MONTHS. Their response? They laughed in my face. Offered me a Tshirt and a giftcard. - They claimed the tires had 45% life left. The tires were DRY ROTTING and I was told I was lucky I didn't wreck in these tires. - The steering rack was the worst my local Nissan dealership had ever seen. They told me again, I WAS LUCKY I DIDN'T WRECK. - The passenger side catalytic converter went out after the first WEEK - I have them on recording saying they "never sell smoker cars" yet there's cigarette burns in the driver seat and the car smelled strongly of smoke when I first got it.. hmm - Struts and shocks also had to be replaced I'm very lucky this car that they sold me didn't kill me. They took advantage of a young woman and an old man with no experience with sports cars. Filthy humans. You and your NDA can kiss my xxx. On another note: Jay was the one that lied to us about everything initially. When I called them as a concerned customer, Nick was the one who belittled me, laughed at me, said it was my fault, and hoped I learned a lesson. Once again, Nick, I got you all on recording. This dealership is so lucky I didn't sue their xxx. More
ATTN: BUYER BEWARE! ! 30 days ago I traded a pick up truck in on what we thought was a good Cadillac Escalade at AutoPark Dallas. We were sold an absolute total LEMON!! ! 30 days ago I traded a pick up truck in on what we thought was a good Cadillac Escalade at AutoPark Dallas. We were sold an absolute total LEMON!! I am a disabled combat veteran with limited working abilities due to my injuries, sustained in Afghanistan. My wife is eight months pregnant with our first child so we needed a little bit bigger car to have the room for a family. We had a beautiful pick up that we traded in that unfortunately just wasn’t big enough for a growing family. We now realize we should have never EVER done business with this place and kept our truck. 10 days into having the Escalade I was broke down TWICE! didn’t even have 600 miles on it before all the issues. 437 of which were my drive home from Dallas to Missouri. I kept being assured by the salesman, Jay and the GM Tristan that they would help me and take care of what was going on. They never did a single thing to help. it was nothing but empty words and empty promises. The GM even texted me and promised he would help me out. (Posted pictures to prove it) When I went to get the vehicle safety inspected so I could get it registered, I had it inspected at a shop in my home state of Missouri that I have used for years with never an issue from them. it would not even pass a safety inspection. The ENTIRE front suspension would not pass. Upper control arms, rack & pinion, ball joints, you name it it was shot! The car also had leaking oil cooler lines, and three different leaking power steering lines. Plus a rusted out power steering pump that was leaking. It gets better. I was told by the salesman when we went on a test drive that the vehicle was purchased through a luxury dealer auction. When I got the title in the mail, three weeks after purchase and multiple breakdowns they bought it from…. CARVANA!! Like any salesman they will lie just to get the money. Every single thing we were told about this car ended up being a big fat lie. I was very respectful and very patient trying to get them to help me at least cover the cost of parts. I would have done the labor cost, which was the biggest part of it all. Do you want to know what their offer to help was? Me purchase an extended warranty through them to hopefully cover some of the parts. They are not main internal parts, so no warranty will cover them. Slick try though right? If you don’t want your family to be in the position that mine is right now with a $2800 bill hanging over our head, go to an actual namebrand dealership stay far far away from this laughable establishment. We are now moving forward with an investigation through the state of Texas into the dealership and their inspection station. While I was doing the paperwork for the car, the salesman, Jay was even telling me a couple that was test driving a Maserati wasn’t buying a good one. The good ones have European parts in the car. The car they are selling has Mopar parts. I wonder if they ever told that couple they weren’t buying a good Maserati? Lol! I should have known better just with the slimy behavior They displayed in front of me. It’s all a learning lesson and I highly advise you learn from mine. I posted pictures of everything. I have no reason to lie, they have every incentive to lie. 1 More
Buyer beware. My wife had recently passed away and I wanted something to lift my spirits. I had saved money for years and wanted to buy a GTO since Pontiac star My wife had recently passed away and I wanted something to lift my spirits. I had saved money for years and wanted to buy a GTO since Pontiac started making them again in the early 2000's. I found one that seemed in good condition with the lowest miles I had seen so far at Autopark Dallas (APD). I was really nervous about buying a car online, since I lived in Jacksonville, FL. Jay, the salesman had assured me that if anything went wrong within a reasonable amount of time they would " take care of me. " There were no stipulations of what would or would not be taken care of if it went wrong. I had only driven the car 3 times when the clutch went out. I called Jay and the first thing he said was , well that's just normal wear and tear, as if they were not going to do anything to help. I had it towed back home to my mechanic for $395. Jay asked for an estimate, which I sent to him, but had to wait several days before I heard back from anybody. The next call I received was from Tristan, the GM, who tried to blame me for misuse of the clutch because I made the mistake of saying that I hadn't driven a stick in a while. He refused to do anything to help because the estimate was too high. The next call I received was from one the owners, Nick, because I threatened to write negative reviews everywhere they advertised. He said he was the guy that was in a position to help. He asked me to be patient while Jay and Tristan found other estimates and Nick would call me back in a week. That call never happened. After almost a week Jay said he had gotten a couple estimates that were significantly cheaper. I asked my mechanic why he was more, he said APD was getting quotes on cheaper aftermarket parts that would break sooner. I asked Jay to send me written estimates and he said he would so we could all compare and discuss. That never happened, of course. I was only asking for them to assume half of the responsibility for selling me a car that had a significant problem when I bought it. I don't think that was unreasonable nor was it unreasonable for me to expect them to sell me a car that would run longer than 5 days after I purchased it. I only drove it 3 times and the last time was an hour trip down 95, mostly on cruise control. Finally, I get a text from Jay saying he would send me a check for significantly less than half the bill, but he thought it was fair because it was for half of a lower estimate which I had never seen. Three weeks later, the check has never arrived. I asked Jay if it was sent and he said he would get me a tracking number. That never happened. I asked about it again and Jay said he passed it along to his GM. I'm fairly certain the check isn't coming nor was there ever any intent to send one to me. Update: I received a call on 9/26/23 from Nick, the owner, telling me he was only going to send me a check for$1000, but I had to sign a settlement agreement which I'm sure included a statement guaranteeing my future silence. This is another lie because I was told they were sending $1500. I replied that I think paying for half is the only fair settlement. We both should share equally in the responsibility. The bottom line is don't buy a car from these people unless you go see the car yourself and don't take them at their word for ANY reason. Get anything they tell you in writing because they WILL lie to you. APD fulfills all the negative stereotypes there are for used car salesman. More
I can’t believe I’m saying this about a car dealership, but here goes… It was an awesome experience dealing with Johnny and the rest of the crew! Purchased an Escalade recently and didn’t do my due diligence and check it over good. Jay said they check these but obviously they do not. After I bought the car I had over $2000 in repairs. I tried to diligence and check it over good. Jay said they check these but obviously they do not. After I bought the car I had over $2000 in repairs. I tried to contact them to see if they would help with any of the cost but they gave me the run around. Obviously it’s my fault for not getting a mechanic to check the car but I would beware of buying a car from these guys. More
I bought a mustang gt from them that had an exhaust leak. They knew there was a leak and still sold it to me for a premium. After i noticed a weird sound after a couple weeks, i figured out there was a leak. They knew there was a leak and still sold it to me for a premium. After i noticed a weird sound after a couple weeks, i figured out there was a leak. I call them to ask about it and the owner could not have been more disrespectful and rude. After an extremely long conversation, he finally agrees to fix the leak. They keep my car for over a week and claim they fix it. A week after driving the car i hear the same exact sound. I now dont trust the dealer and take it to a trustworthy shop ive used for years. They look under the car and find that top to bottom the exhaust had been jb welded together(if you dont know what jb weld is, its glue). Possibly the worst customer service ive ever had and wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone. More
