GM Tristan called me Racist and hung up the phone on me after I questioned him about rates going down after Trump goes into office. I caught him and his salesman both in lies when I asked why their car was after I questioned him about rates going down after Trump goes into office. Buyer Beware. If you are an out of town buyer I highly recommend having the vehicle you are purchasing get inspected or you visit/inspect in person before buying. If you are an out of town buyer I highly recommend having the vehicle you are purchasing get inspected or you visit/inspect in person before buying. I recently bought a 2012 Audi R8 with 41k miles and did not expect the car to be perfect however there are multiple issues that were not disclosed and basics that should have been addressed. A list of the issues: - overall damage to the inside of the car and outside of the car is well beyond it's age and was not disclosed in the videos/pics - deep scratches on driver side window, $800 to replace - audio system only has one speaker working and after inspection the previous owner pulled many of the audio components out and will now need to be redone $2k - wheels are damaged from improper cleaning, will need to refinish or wrap $600 - fuse box cover missing and empty stereo box installed, $100 - floormats missing, yes they did not even include floormats $120 - broken driver side door handle, yet to price out but not cheap - The car was dirty both inside and out, I have spent hours getting the grime out of the inside as it was untouched before shipping And yes I did text Tristen/Johnny to share my feedback. I was told they think it was one of the cleanest gen 1 R8s on the market.....Buyer Beware. More

I see a lot of bad reviews on here and mentions of employees being crooks, liars, and unethical. They are all 100% correct. Tristan (the GM), Jeremy (the Finance Manager), and Nick (the so called Aggi employees being crooks, liars, and unethical. They are all 100% correct. Tristan (the GM), Jeremy (the Finance Manager), and Nick (the so called Aggie Alum—what a disgrace to that University he is) are all very unethical, shady, liars, and anything else bad you can say about someone who purposely deceives people. I bought a 2015 Maserati GranTurismo Sport and noticed there were dings in both sides of door panels, wrench light, and check suspension light that came on prior to purchasing. They assured me they would get the dings/dents out no problem once I signed the paperwork. It’s 4 months later, zero call backs, zero appointments set, check engine lights are still on and giving me issues now. This was just the beginning. I have text messages and emails that state $42k for the vehicle out the door before I was even approved for a loan. What does that mean to you people out there? To me that means, once I’m approved for the loan, the most I’m going to have to finance for is $42k which would mean $0 down payment if so. Instead, they said I had to do a down payment of $5k to get approved, which would mean my finance amount would then be $37k. Do NOT do business with this group at all. More
Buyer Beware - make sure to get a third party pre-purchase inspection on any car purchased from this dealership. I purchased a 2017 BMW M3 Competition with a clean Carfax and just 27k miles. When pre-purchase inspection on any car purchased from this dealership. I purchased a 2017 BMW M3 Competition with a clean Carfax and just 27k miles. When it got delivered to me it had a check engine light and a PDC warning light. It was also tuned and fitted with catless downpipes (they confirmed to me it was not tuned nor catless prior to my purchase). It also had numerous other flaws that were not mentioned to me such as ripped tint, damaged center console, damaged driver's side door panel, and the gold paint on the CCBs was severely faded. The shop I took it to for quotes on fixing these problems also found significant flood damage in the form of mud residue all over the undercarriage and even underneath the carpet in the interior. I asked them to simply take the car back and I would not post any reviews or anything, however their best offer was a $7000 restocking fee. I decided to eat the $7000 as an expensive lesson learned. My reason for posting this review is because I want other prospective buyers to be aware and learn from my mistake. This dealership displayed severe negligence and deceptive practices towards me. More
