Dawn is a stalker I think this is silly, all the same I was curious about Dawns rant so I looked it up. I have a few issues: 1) It appears that Dawn is likely an emp I think this is silly, all the same I was curious about Dawns rant so I looked it up. I have a few issues: 1) It appears that Dawn is likely an employee of Auto Outpost North! 2) Since when is it wrong to leave a review, as a business you must take the good and bad? 3) Even if Dawn made a connection of the person leaving the review, why respond like that? 4) If Dawn is leaving a rebuttal review, why use an article from 1999 to quash unless you work there? 5) This person is not the only one who have left bad reviews on these guys, for several back years. 6) This makes Dawn an internet stalker, and is illegal, and can be pursued legally. Dr Hemlock is right, I did read the reviews online, not just his, the 30 or so others that left reviews as well. It does appear that Auto Outpost North does have a long line of contract, service, and possible lemon automobile sales. There is also a BBB review from the person you mention, so it really does appear that you have stalked this individual, and are now on damage control. Trying to take credibility away from a reviewer that left a legal review is tasteless. I thank you Dawn for making my decision to buy a vehicle from another dealer, since I used this review as a deciding factor to even go to these guys at Auto Outpost. And thank you again, you not only have shined a bright light on Auto Outpost, you have convinced me that you work there or are somehow connected to them in another way and are trying so desperately to try to take someones opinion away with garbage in my opinion. And with that let me in in just how many bad reviews these guys do have online. More
Find Another Dealer Lies, Lies, and more Lies from these guys. On May 27th 2016 we purchased a vehicle (2004 Dodge Ram 1500, from Auto Outpost North dealership. After Lies, Lies, and more Lies from these guys. On May 27th 2016 we purchased a vehicle (2004 Dodge Ram 1500, from Auto Outpost North dealership. After purchasing the vehicle the check engine light went on within 1 week of purchase (which was an issue prior to sale and discussed with both Joe Perlin, and the salesman Brad Wilcox), and was diagnosed on June 7th by (3) automotive shops to be a serious transmission issue. On June 7th in the afternoon, we brought this issue up with President Joe Perlin personally at Auto Outpost North dealership. Joe Perlin acted as if he did not even know what error codes are when your check engine light goes on. And after a conversation with Joe Perlin, he settled on arranging a tow the truck to his repair shop for this vehicle. Since that day, we have not heard from Joe Perlin in any way, shape, or form. Joe Perlin basically abandoned us with a vehicle that could not be driven for weeks waiting on a repair after selling it to us. Having said that, the vehicle was rendered inoperable due to being in a (limp) mode state. Since Joe Perlin was incapable of dealing with the issue, we were forced to get the vehicle repaired on our own. Having had a prior conversation with Joe Perlins salesman Brad pre-sale about this issue, we were assured that the problem would be fixed, and we were led to believe and guaranteed. We also were assured that the issue was in-fact addressed and taken care of. Laudatory statements were also made in the presence of witnesses as to the nature of this, and other issues before the sale that oblige Joe Perlin and his dealership responsibility in these matters. Because of the statements about the truck Joe Perlin sold by his salesman Brad and Joe Perlin himself, we relied on those statements as part of deciding whether to purchase the truck, and constitute an express warranty that Joe Perlin the dealer breached. STAY away from these guys, look up the review online, there seems to be a pattern, use your head! More
