We test drove a truck and worked with Taylor. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. He was very attentive and the process was very quick both at the dealership He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. We ultimately did not end up purchasing the vehicle since it didn't match what we wanted but we were left with a great impression of the dealership thanks to Taylor and hope to do business with them another time when we find a vehicle we are interested in. I am a teacher in Peru, New York and had no time to go shopping for an SUV, which I wanted very much. I know my credit wasn't the perfect number, so I went onto Carguru. I was preapproved. Then I went shopping for an SUV, which I wanted very much. I know my credit wasn't the perfect number, so I went onto Carguru. I was preapproved. Then I went looking online. I was so very lucky to find an SUV I liked and I asked to be given more information. Christopher contacted me that day and we communicated back and forth for a couple of days. He took me on a virtual cell phone tour of the GMC Terrain and it was perfect. I didn't have to sit in a car dealership all day and deal with all that goes into buying a car. I ended up financing through Auto Outlet with a great price. It was hassle free and stress free. While I'm working at school, they were busy getting everything together. A couple of days later, I had my 2017 GMC Terrain sitting in my driveway!!!! It came from Syracuse! (Peru and Syracuse are about 6 hours away) I LOVE MY CAR!!! I am now the biggest Auto Outlet of Wolcott fan of all time! You have to trust Chris. He knows his automobiles and I allowed him, a complete stranger, to pick out my SUV and help me be a new owner of a beautiful car. Thank you Chris and Auto Outlet!!! When I trade in my truck next year, I'll be in touch for sure. That was the ONLY way to buy a car! More
