I would not be recommending Auto Ninja’s to be anybody’s automobile broker. I was recently in contact with another dealer prior to reaching out to Auto Ninja a few weeks ago. Once in contact with Auto Ninja automobile broker. I was recently in contact with another dealer prior to reaching out to Auto Ninja a few weeks ago. Once in contact with Auto Ninja, they were able to find the vehicle that I wanted, once they contact their dealer who had the vehicle. They were told the next day that the vehicle had a deposit on it and was not available anymore. The next day I received a phone call from that dealer who I was in contact with prior to being in contact with Auto Ninja The vehicle was still available. I then told the dealer what I was willing to offer, which was the same amount that I offered three weeks ago. The dealer told me they would speak to their manager and get back to me. I texted the representative at Auto Ninja to them that the vehicle was still available, they told me they could not do business with me anymore. I received the following email from the COO Matt Ongsiako “Respectfully my team can no longer assist you, I'm unsure if intentional or if you are unfamiliar with how our process works but we intentionally do not provide our dealer partner's information to unpaid clients as to avoid us being cut out of the process. We charge a service fee to finalize any deal we offer and quote, but our reps do the legwork prior at no cost, by bypassing our payment and trying to trace back to our dealers to cut us out of both payment and process we can no longer be involved. Even further so, we cannot assist you in negotiations as that is quite simply not how our service works and our dealers are not obliged to offer any client the same volume discounts we have agreed with them thru our service. We wish you the best of luck on your truck search and hope you are able to get an incredible deal, but respectfully we wish to part ways at this time.” Before Auto Ninja jumps to conclusions, they could’ve had a conversation with me prior to sending that email. I tried to call the COO and they didn’t even have the courtesy to answer me by phone Email or by text through the representative I was dealing with. This was the email that I sent there COO “Matt, Just so you’re aware I wasn’t going to cut you guys out of anything. I was in contact with that dealer three weeks ago and they’ve called me multiple times and my price to them was always $????? before I ever spoke to your company. They told me multiple times there best price was $?????. I would gladly pay you guys your fee if you could deliver the car. I was told by Garrett that, the truck already had a deposit on it. You shouldn’t accuse me before you get all the facts.” More
