There were some glitches in the repairs. I went back to Snap Car Buying several times. Each time, our salesman, Alan, was on top of the situation -- he made sure the car was repaired and provided to us in the condition we had agreed upon at the time of sale. If you want an HONEST dealer who keeps his word, you cannot go wrong with Snap Car Buying. There is good karma here. While their price may not be the lowest, they make up for it in honesty and great service. If they tell you something, you can count on them to keep their word. I highly recommend Snap Car Buying. Surprisingly Pleasant Experience I wasn't expecting too much from a non-car dealer used car dealership. I hate that they usually don't give you a Carfax report, and I don't trust tha I wasn't expecting too much from a non-car dealer used car dealership. I hate that they usually don't give you a Carfax report, and I don't trust that the cars they sell are going to be good cars. However, this dealer had the Carfax reports on-line, and his cars were all in excellent condition. He only buys low-mileage clean Carfax cars, has them stored in-doors, and really takes pride in his inventory, which is pretty high-end. The car I purchased was a 2007 VW with only 56K miles, and was in beautiful condition. When I picked it up two days later, they had detailed it nicely, including taking out a couple of dings that I had pointed out (but didn't ask them to do anything about). I was very pleased with the whole experience. More
