I met a Sales Associate Travis that turned my skeptical frown upside-down. Travis is just a cool, good guy. He showed me a few different cars including the one I asked about. This hardly felt like the torturous haggling event I had prepared myself for. Travis was no nonsense, very honest, and put me in the car that I went there for at a price that worked for me. Great salesperson in Travis, really nice place with a nice selection at Auto Merchants, and real people that go out of their way to make you happy. Customer Service is an understatement. I felt like I was amongst friends at Auto Merchants. I had my trepidations about the whole “used car lot” scenario, but I was pleasantly surprised I felt like I was amongst friends at Auto Merchants. The 2020 Lincoln Nautilus I ended up purchasing from Travis and the friendly folks at Auto Merchants wasn’t initially what I went in for. Rather than feeling like I was being upsold and pressured, Travis led me to several different options in the SUV-ish category that were all within the price range I told Travis I was working within. Every transaction should be handled like this, and Travis and the staff at Auto Merchants could definitely give lessons on how to treat people. Travis even offered me some cream from the first aid kit for a spider bite I had that was driving me crazy.
