After test driving over the weekend I noticed there was a crack on the windshield of the car I was getting AND he noticed the lights had died without me even having to say a thing - Travis made no fuss, got it fixed asap, and I left with my car today with a brand new windshield/fog lights at no extra cost and a huge smile on my face.
