What a waste of a day. To start, I found a 2021 blue Mitsubishi Mirage ES that I liked, so I scheduled to test drive it. I arrived at 10:30 AM, and it turned out that the car is not in stock. It also happens that the only Mitsubishi Mirage they had was a red G4, completely different than what they said they had in stock online. Another red flag was that they tried to get me to sign the paper to allow them to do a credit check before I had even test drove the car! After an HOUR of waiting, an employee was to take me to the Parker location, where the blue Mirage actually was. We leave the lot in one of their cars, but we even have to stop for gas because the car is on empty. Now I'm questioning if they really take care of the cars in their lot. Already, I have been met with so much unprofessionalism, but for some reason I decide to go along with this. (Bad idea.) We arrive at the Parker location, Auto Mart USA, and I am still not able to test drive the car I wanted, so I choose a BRAND NEW gray 2020 Mirage. So I'm FINALLY going to test drive, TWO HOURS later. And now the car doesn't start, an employee had to bring a battery starter thing. And, the whole time I was driving back to the Auto Mart on Havana, the service engine light was on. Why would anybody want to buy a brand new car that they saw didn't start, and had the service engine light on?? It was explained to me that sometimes cars sit on the lot and the batteries die, but even so, are they not up-keeping the cars on their lot? If I'm going to spend money on a brand new car, I don't want to see anything like that! Even after all that, I was still interested in that blue Mirage. So they drive it from the Parker location so I can see it. I ask about the price, and once again they try to get me to do a credit check before I even know what the price is going to be. Also, I was told several times that my car had a trade in value of $1500, even up to $1675. Then they switch up on me and tell me that the trade is only $1000, even though I have been to other dealerships that use Kelley Blue Book, and I was offered $1700. So they're only offering me $1000 for my car, so I ask if the rebate can be increased because I was expecting a lower price. I don't know if he was a manager or not, Stephen I think, did not have very much patience with me (even though I had been NOTHING but patient with them all day) and rudely explained that they cannot change the rebate. "I'm not gonna beg you to buy a car." "If you don't buy it someone else will." Oh really? Then why was a car sitting on the lot so long that the battery died? He didn't even apologize for the inconveniences when I told him all that I had been through that day. I finally decided this wasn't worth my time and left around 5:30 pm. What a total waste of a day! "Auto care with a heart!" Yeah right. Shoutout to Priscilla though, she was great to me all day and was the only one that was apologetic about the mishaps. Her customer service was probably the only reason I was still considering buying a car from this dump. To sum up my day, I came in excited to test drive and possibly buy a new car, and was met with so much unprofessionalism and many annoyances that I left never wanting to shop there ever again, and never even wanting buy a Mitsubishi EVER. More
