Auto Mall of Springfield

I bought a truck from them. Sorry I did! I seen it on line and ask if had any damage or rust. Jeff told me "No". I paid for it and had it shipped to me. When I got it it had a broken mirror, scratched si line and ask if had any damage or rust. Jeff told me "No". I paid for it and had it shipped to me. When I got it it had a broken mirror, scratched side glass and a dent in the door. The guy that brought it pointed out to me. He was smart enough to take pictures before he loaded it at the dealership. It was not damaged in shipping. They tried to blame the transport driver. They wont return my call to take care of this either. Has almost $1500 damage to it. I am filing a complaint with BBB, so I'd never buy from Auto Mall of Springfield again! More
