Buyer Beware! ! -My daughter and son-in-law just spent over $10K on a vehicle that has basically been sitting in our drive way since they brought it home. Auto Mall of Florida advertises there vehicles are thoroughly inspected, this either is not true or their mechanics don't know what they are doing. We have tried to reach out to them several times and Judy, the Operations Manager, and Mr. Mejia, the General Manager both state the car was sold as is and their is nothing they can do. Very disappointed in how we were treated! If you buy from here make sure you have your own mechanic check it out. Lesson learned! More

Unethical Dealership I drove away from this dealer feeling like I'd done business with a great company with Christian values and a concern for their customers. I discover I drove away from this dealer feeling like I'd done business with a great company with Christian values and a concern for their customers. I discovered about a month later that this couldn't be further from the truth. Not only did they sell us a car that needed a new engine, they never responded to a single one of my concerns when I attempted to contact them via text, the contact us form on their website and email. I was forced to file a Better Business Bureau complaint to try to get some response out of them as I'd discovered that the car that I'd had for only six weeks needed approximately $9,000 in repairs. After about 6 weeks of filing my complaint, they finally responded and filled their response with lies, saying that we'd returned to the dealership multiple times, they'd attempted to satisfy all of our concerns. They NEVER responded to any of my inquiries and I NEVER brought the car back to the dealership. Why would I bring the car to their dealership when they wouldn't even return my messages?! They knowingly sold me a lemon and a mechanic later confirmed that the engine had clearly been tampered with to make it temporarily run. Buyer beware. More
