Sales Rep Scott is nothing but a lier I've bought plenty of cars in my life but Scott was one of the worse lying salesman. Don't deal with this guy. At first he shows me a 2010 Ford F-150. I've bought plenty of cars in my life but Scott was one of the worse lying salesman. Don't deal with this guy. At first he shows me a 2010 Ford F-150. I liked it and after he got financing for me we shook hands for a deal. As I was getting my bank statements from one of their computers. He said that truck is no longer available because the 4 wheel drive doesn't work. It was a bait and switch. He brought over a Nissan Truck that I didn't want. Then he brought a 2009 Ford F-150 and I said it looked good. just run the numbers. After waiting 2 hrs he comes up with a proposal for 5K over the price of the 2010. I told him, Give me my keys to my car, you just wasted my time!" He had the audacity to say that I wasted his time. Beware of this lying idiot, he'll cheat you and promise you the moon. Friends don't let friends deal with Scott. More

Awful experience Gave my info to a third party online to get in touch with loan agencies for an auto loan. It said it would not affect my credit because i was not appl Gave my info to a third party online to get in touch with loan agencies for an auto loan. It said it would not affect my credit because i was not applying for a loan. Three agencies got back to me, two of them sent me maybe 2 emails each and 1 voicemail. Auto loan usa proceded to email, call and text me, and it was more than one sales agent a day, every day for a week. They stopped calling and i got a hard inquiry on my credit report from them on the same day. When i called and asked about this inquiry they told me it was standard practice. Why didnt the other places check my credit? Why did they check it a week after they had been hounding me? Shady company that will try calling you 6 times a day. He told us the car had only one owner, it had four. He said he couldn't give us the CARFAX report because of privacy reasons, Another Lie! Since my son purchased the car in September, it has broken down five times. it cost us over $2,000 to repair the first time; thank God the work was warrantied by Ford Harris. Now that the car is toast, my son has three years of car payments without a car. Scott refused from day one to help us with this mess. He kept telling, "Sorry you bought the car as is". What a joke. If it wasn't for Ford Harris, "no affiliation", we would have been screwed. This incident will be reported to the Better Business Bureau I am also thinking of going to Jessy with Channel 7 news with my case. I am not going to mess around with these dirt bags. I don't want anyone else to get screwed like my son did.. More
