They are located in Gresham on Stark, South of Fai **BUYER BEWARE OF AUTO LINK!!** We had an accepted offer on one at a local dealership, AUTOLINK. They are located in Gresham on Stark, South of Fairview. We put a deposit down with no expiration date. Both parties mutually agreed to come up with funds within a reasonable amount of time. While they were waiting for our funds to transfer they decided to sell it to someone else without even asking or telling us!! Actually the car salesman sent a Text message to my partners’ cell phone saying "DO NOT GET THE LOAN." Mind you this is a very small loan which Autolink was aware that we didn't need in order to purchase the car. We simply just preferred to take out this loan to keep extra in savings. Do not work with the salesman named Brad!! Please. You will save yourself a large headache! I have never met a man who could lie as well as he did. He should have said "I don’t know, let me speak to my boss." But he seemed to have a good and false answer for everything! The owner of the dealership seems to be dishonest, even though we didn't work with him personally. We could hear him talking very negatively about us in his "office." We should have known the first day when he walked by us and made a very rude comment regarding us like we weren’t even there. This dealership, Autolink, or Brad will tell you they have the carfax report on all of their vehicles to suck you into the office but they don't run any on their vehicles. He either doesn't know what he is doing at all or will tell you anything you want to hear just so he can get you to put a deposit down. Promises, contracts, and deposits were made. We were getting a very small loan for the car. They offered us a loan with 31% APR. After confronting Autolink (in Gresham) they used the excuse that since they offered us this (absolutely ridiculous) loan and we opted to go to USBANK (where we bank) that someone else could to buy the car. Again, never once was ever stated in any conversation or contract. This is kind of where morals and wanting to do everything you can earn business. They (well... their nice salesperson) have agreed to find us the exact other car for the same price we agreed to. I am not certain at all that they will even call us after this, even though they have agreed to make this up to us. We were very nice to them under the circumstances but felt it was important for other consumers to beware before considering a vehicle from this dealership. FYI: Autolink also calls people in the newspaper and on craigslist asking to sell your car for you. They also sell cars that are Repos. So beware their prices are MUCH higher here! I found out afterward that the car I was going to buy was a repo. Brad told us the owner of the car and his wife were very nice people and they have to sell their car due to financial problems. ANOTHER LIE! (They had the file with the owner’s number on the desk and I called it after they told us they were backing out of our contract. It was the bank that repossessed the car’s phone number...) without this information in the beginning means that the manufactures warranty is void. We would not have known this until I made that phone call. Since the car was never serviced or had an oil change at the dealership. Lies all around... Honesty, values, and morals are important to us. Unfortunately we saw very little of that. To sum this up.... Please do your own research and take a moment to think before you look to purchase a car from this dealership, (Autolink in Gresham)! I don't want anyone to go through what we had to this week!!! It was a horrible experience. I will update you on if they actually call about finding another car to sell us under the terms both parties had previously agreed to. More

I called them myself to have the price lowered two different times. They add 15% to the amount you want, which can cost you to loose potential buys. Remember you've already paid them $355.00 to sell your car. This place has a high turn-over rate of salesmen/ladies. In the end I pulled my car off the lot....listed it on a local "free" site and sold it in two days. I would never recommend this place for business. More
