The door adjustment was also made. He also personally drove me to pick up a CD changer cartridge at a nearby BMW dealership because it was missing in my car. One thing that I wasn't completely happy about was that the car only had one key, and I had to pay for that out of my pocket (about $125). However, he did order it for me, so I was able to take advantage of his discount. I applied for my financing through E-Loan, and it further decreased any sense of dealing with a pushy dealer or finance department. Even after the sale, Claude and his wife were available to assist with any questions or issues I had. They run a good, fair, and honest business. More
