This is my first car purchase and I had a TON of questions and fear from my month long experience in searching for my desired vehicle. They made me feel that no question I asked was stupid and they showed thee most patience I have ever experienced in buying a car. I went to multiple dealerships (specifically auto mall in Essington = HORRIBLE/UNPROFESSIONAL/CONNIVING.) i would HIGHLY recommend visiting this dealership if you are looking for a certified pre-owned vehicle. They taught me knew information that I never was aware of and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make me satisfied as a new customer and the vehicle that I chose (2014 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback) was under the Kelly Blue Book pricing. I got a genuine from all of the guys and they wanted to see me stress-free and excited for this experience. It truly meant a lot to me that they didn't show agitation and I spent a total of about 7-8 hours with the guys in 2 days and they followed up with me through email without hassling me but to just see how my decision making is going and if I had any questions for them or just information about how to go about purchasing a new car and what to look for. Ross set me up going over the basic information and common questions. Craig took care of the finances and an extended warranty that was just simply unbeatable. He also went of extensive information about the All-State packages and what it was that I was seeking. Very thorough all around and again PATIENT which I'm sure is a rarity in this industry, at least from my experience in Essington. the owner, (name is escaping me, I apologize,) texted me to make sure I was in good hands and if he could be of any assistance which I found impeccable and lastly, Anthony was of very-friendly assistance. Felt like family! I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. I drove two vehicles my first time there and neither were exactly what I wanted. I looked online at ALL of their vehicles and had them bring several cars that appealed to me to their Williamstown location. On Saturday they had the cars ready and waiting. As I drove each one, they flawlessly lined up the next one and had it cooling off with the A/C on for when I got back from the previous test drive. In searching the website of Auto Lenders, I saw a Honda CRV and mentioned it to Ian. We made an appointment for Sat. (6/4) at 10:00 am. We left the Williamstown location at 12:30 pm in the Honda that I saw on line. Ian was attentive to questions and was professional in his answers! Ian made the Honda experience/purchase painless. We are pleased with our Honda CRV and would recommend Auto Lenders to everyone. They had two models ready for my wife and I to test drive Saturday morning at 10:00 am and by 12:00 we had made a purchase. Our sales rep Ian was excellent to work with (Williamstown location) and I didn't need to visit an actual dealership after having done my research online. They have the cars, they tell you the price, you tell them yes or no. It's that easy. Highly recommend. More
