This was my 2nd experience with an Autolenders dealership I bought a car from Lakewood several years ago and just purchased a vehicle from Vorhees. Both experiences were outstanding and I highly recommend Autolenders. They have a "no-pressure" approach and very clean,well maintained vehicles. They actually make buying a car a nice experience. When we arrived at Vorhees we met John Hynes who was very friendly. We told him that we did not know what we wanted and were there to test drive a number of SUVs. He smiled and obliged and quickly got vehicles ready for us and really did not try to sell us anything. We left that day without buying. A few weeks later, I called John and said that we had settled on a vehicle and asked him if he could get one. He called us back within days and we tested it unfortunately it had owned by a pet owner and we could not take it. Two days later, John had another one for us and we went and bought it. Lastly, they gave me an excellent deal on my trade-in. I encourage everyone to go to Vorhees Autolenders and look for John Hynes. More

As I mentioned in my previous review, I had a great experience at AutoLenders in Voorhees. What I forgot to mention was that my initial contact was with Mike in the Internet Department. Within minute experience at AutoLenders in Voorhees. What I forgot to mention was that my initial contact was with Mike in the Internet Department. Within minutes of my inquiry, Mike called me and put me in touch with Colin Campbell who also called me promptly. Exactly one week from my conversation with Mike I was on my way to the dealership to purchase a vehicle when I saw another vehicle that I was interested in at the Toms River location. I immediately called Mike again and explained the situation. By the time I got to Voorhees both vehicles were there side by side for me to compare and test drive. This is only the second car I have bought, being as I am only twenty-one years old. My first experience and another dealership scarred me for life, so I was very hesitant about car shopping. When I walked i only twenty-one years old. My first experience and another dealership scarred me for life, so I was very hesitant about car shopping. When I walked into Autolenders I was immediately greeted by Scott. I had called earlier about a vehicle I saw online and when I got there the car had already been pulled up to the side of the building. We talked for a couple of minutes and he brought me outside to test drive it. I loved the car as soon as I got in it and when we got back to the dealership I was ready to exhaust myself, haggling prices and dealing with overbearing sales people. This did not happen at all. Scott was incredibly kind and did not once push me into a quick decision. He helped us get the price of the vehicle down and while we talked and filled out applications for financing just talked like normal people. It was late when I bought the car so he told me to come back and they would clean it for me. While the vehicle was being cleaned he took the time to sit and talk for the twenty minutes it took for the men to wash it (inside and out). I don't know if I have ever seen better customer service from any business, being a car dealership, restaurant, hotel, etc... I 100% recommend looking at this dealership. More
