Brian Landolfi was also super with customer service and making sure our car buying experience was a no-hassle type of experience. I really appreciated how he addressed some of our concerns immediately. Just when I thought that this experience couldn't get any better, it was time to sign all the paperwork and Christopher Picconi took considerable time to explain every document. He was an exceptionally polite gentleman! The Mercedes we bought, we brought to our mechanic to check over for us, and we were told it was in exceptional condition, with minimal issues.
