Great first time experience! I bought my first "dealership" car ever from Michael Fantozzi in August. I was very nervous and skepticle since I had already been to a few dealerships, but he really eased my mind. NO PRESSURE whatsoever. Took his time with me (which was about 3 weeks and 3 visits) and was completely honest in his answers to the several questions I had. I had my 2 year old daughter with me and my grandmother and he waited on them hand and foot as well. He did a magic trick with my daughter with a penny and she still talks about the magic penny 3 months later. I highly recommend Michael and Auto Lenders to everyone I meet. More

To my surprise, Eric called me to check if I was still in the Altima I had purchased earlier and if everything was still good. I like the fact that this was not the first time AL had called me to see how I was doing with the car. This made it an easy decision to return here and I was not disappointed with the service this time either. I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian D'zio, Finance Manager, who also was a pleasure and explained everything to me simply enough for me to understand. I didn't feel taken advantage of like I did at a previous dealership. I also had the pleasure of meeting Lou Deservio, General Manager and Chastin Savage, desk manager. They all were warm and fun to work with keeping me laughing the entire time. The other salesmen were also very helpful as I walked by made sure I had a chair to sit in, or help at all times. I love this dealership, specifically Toms River location, but the company itself is a joy and comforting to buy such an important investment.
