I knew what I wanted ahead of time and I knew the Autolenders no pressure no haggle business model which is why they were ny number one choice. My sales consultant was amazing. He was friendly and understanding and worked with all available resources to get me the best deal. He made sure that my car was fueled, beautifully detailed and even made sure the key remotes had good batteries. The GM Stratis, the F&I manager Jesse and Chastin all super helpful and friendly. Everyone was amazing from start to finish. I would highly recommend Autolenders and will definitely return when I purchase me next vehicle. More

They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is stellar. Stratus and John went out of their way to locate the vehicle I was looking for with everything I wanted at a great price. Eric couldn't have been more pleasant and even helped us set up the bluetooth on both of our cars. Jessie makes financing simple. I can't remember everyone's names but they were all great. Glorified Sleazy Used Car Dealer Don't bother with Autolenders, If you want a Good car off-lease go for a Certified Pre-Owned at the dealer. Bought a car, when leaving the dealer not even a full tank of gas. Wipers needed to be replaced and key FOBs were both dead in a month. Tried to shake off that bad taste and then. Bought the warranty at purchase. First thing I asked was," Can I have car serviced anywhere?" The salesman immediately said yes. thought to myself, great I'm not tied to this dealer. Boy was I WRONG!! Had to bring the car in to AutoLenders for service, the first thing the service manager asks is where I'm getting my oil changed. I told him where and immediately he informs me that this will void my engine warranty. I let him no what the salesman had said and he just says; I guess he was wrong. Was he wrong or do they just teach the salespeople to lie to get the sale. I'm assuming the latter. NEVER AGAIN! More

While shopping for a new ca Auto Lenders of Toms River is amazing, but I have to give most of that credit to my awesome sales consultant, Matt Carlin. While shopping for a new car, I contacted a lot of dealers. I spoke with a lot of sales reps, visited dealers, and test drove cars. Matt Carlin is the ONLY sales guy that I felt comfortable with. Every other sales rep I dealt with tried to eagerly control the conversation. Matt actually listened to all of my concerns and questions, and more importantly, he confidently answered everything. My schedule is hectic, making it very difficult to shop around for cars. When I thought I had found a good deal with another dealer, it took a lot of effort of moving my schedule around to meet with the sales rep. That dealership (won’t name names but they are named after a type of tree, and a clothing accessory) would not answer any questions without setting up an in-person appointment. So I moved things around in my schedule to make an appointment. When I showed up on time, I was told they had no appointment for me. I even showed them the confirmation email confirming I was at the right place at the right time. They eventually found a sales rep that was available, and thus their game began. Barely showed me around the car and only had me drive around the block. Sales rep asked what the maximum I could afford to pay per month was. I told him I couldn’t go higher than $300. His response was “Soo maybe $350, $360?” I left that place. Next day I got a call from Matt Carlin from Auto Lenders regarding one of their cars I was interested in. Without forcing me to make an in-person appointment, he answered all of my questions and concerns over the course of a week, via phone and email, allowing me to schedule an appointment at my convenience. Matt was professional and courteous the whole way through. For the test drive, he handed me the keys and allowed me to drive the car by myself. No pressure from anyone, allowing me to really focus on the details of the car and it’s handling. Auto Lenders has a “no hassle” pricing policy, which basically just means the price you see is their best offer. I was a little worried, but found that they price their cars fairly, and better than the competition. The prior dealer I was talking to for the same year and model car wouldn’t budge on their price. The car at Auto Lenders had 10,000 less miles, and they were asking for $2,000 less than what the other dealer was willing to do. Excellent price! So with the absolute great experience I had with Auto Lenders, and especially the detail and effort from my sales consultant, Matt Carlin, I decided to buy the car from them. I’ve never accepted any extended warranties before, but the ones that Auto Lenders offer are far superior to any I have seen from other dealers, and barely cost anything extra on my monthly payment. It was a no brainer. Another excellent point to make about Auto Lenders is how quick and efficient they are with processing all the tags, title, and other filing stuff. The last place I bought a car from took over three weeks to get my license plates. Auto Lenders took three DAYS! And they gave me a refund check because the state filing ended up costing slightly less than expected. I would imagine other dealers just pocketing that difference. Overall, if you’re shopping for a car, I absolutely recommend Auto Lenders, and specifically the sales consultant I had, Matt Carlin, who truly went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, satisfied, and informed throughout the whole process. I would NEVER feel compelled to write a positive review about a dealership I have used in the past...I have always bought brand new cars, but this time I thought let me give Auto Lenders a try, they always seemed to have such beautiful cars when I browsed. My salesman was Matt Carlin, who was simply a wonderful guy! I was in a hurry, just getting off work, kids with me, etc. I got the car I wanted (at a very fair price), financing done and car detailed, out the door within 2 hours! No xx, no torture as in past experiences...actually fairly enjoyable experience! Super financing guy and store manager also. Love the concept, no pressure, fair prices, no haggling, fast and efficient service. Also got a gorgeous almost new car for a great price! More
My First Car From AutoLenders When I first found the car I was looking for, a mercedes c300, on the autolenders website it was in Voorhees nj. i'm located in toms river nj, so i ca When I first found the car I was looking for, a mercedes c300, on the autolenders website it was in Voorhees nj. i'm located in toms river nj, so i called late one evening to inquire about the vehicle possibly being brought up to test drive, they said it was no problem at all, the very next day it was in toms river for me to take for a ride, i fell in love with the car, and also with auto lenders... the sales guy Michael Fantozzi was a pleasure to deal with, and totally related how a 'normal' car buying experience is stressful and pressured, i did not experience any of that at autolenders, I had nothing but a great experience, everyone was friendly laid back, and it felt like I was just dealing with a regular person, not a high pressure sale. Mike was able to explain all the features of the car to me and really gave me time to look it over take it for a drive and check it entirely out. After I decided it was definitely the car for me and i wanted to take it, he talked to his general sales manager Chastin Savage, and got me a great simple car loan at an amazing rate, Chastin even came out to shake my hand and look me in the eye to thank me for choosing autolenders (not the typical guy behind the scenes at other car dealers). Once all the paperwork was complete I grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down with the Finance manager Jesse Vukas and he went over every detail of the finance agreement with me making sure I knew what I was signing, it was really a great overall experience and I would recommend anyone in the market for a car to check out autolenders first, and make sure you look up mike fantozzi, he was a great guy to deal with!
